Cleanliness
8.7
Mostly reported as clean and well-kept across many reviews, though a few guests noted musty/humid rooms and one report of urine odor on carpet during a fully booked night.
Service
9.8
Consistently praised: numerous mentions of friendly, helpful, accommodating front-desk staff and specific positive shout-outs to individual employees.
Location
9.7
Recurrently highlighted as excellent—close to PSU campus and convenient to shopping and event venues, a core reason guests choose this hotel.
Room Quality
9.4
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable with good sleep quality for most guests; isolated issues include a too-soft bed, exhaust not working in one room, and occasional humidity.
Amenities
9.5
Positive mentions for pool, workout facility, ample parking, complimentary cookies/candy and coffee; overall amenities viewed as strong and useful for families.
Value for Money
8.5
Generally seen as good value due to location and service, but value is weakened by very high move-in/event pricing and at least one denial of an extra water bottle.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast receives mixed-to-negative notes: mediocre sausage/eggs, requests for bacon and more fresh fruit/veggies, and some guests unimpressed overall with breakfast quality.
Overall Experience
10
Overall guest sentiment is highly positive with repeated comments of great stays, exceptional staff and location; isolated negatives do not dominate the overall guest impression.

The room was great!
Pros:

I was unimpressed with breakfast. The sausage & eggs were mediocre at best.

Cons:

Cook the sausage a little longer, use real sausage not turkey sausage. Add breakfast potatoes.
