Pros:

Location, for what we wanted to get to.

Cons:

For the first 3 nights we were there, the lobby was allowed to be used as a round-up room for families that had some sporting event. They were there, two nights until 1-1:30. The 2nd floor has an open balcony and we heard noise until well after quiet time, they ignored the front desk person. We were not the only ones to complain.

Cons:

La presentación del hotel está bien, lo que no me gustó es que dure 3 noches y nunca fueron a limpiar la habitación no cambio de toalla ni votaron basura, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, dormí con calor y en el baño no tienen sacador de humo, por el precio deberían tener mejor servicio .

Cons:

Our room was not clean when we got it so they switched us to a different one. Then we pulled out the sleeper sofa and found a box from a female vibrator in there. I took it down to the front desk and the manager did not apologize or anything. Very unprofessional. We only stayed one of the two nights because of the experience.

Clean, good location. Pleasant, helpful staff.
Pros:

Clean facility, friendly staff. Had a well lit parking.

Cons:

Sink drained incredibly slow. When I called front desk they said all the sinks drained slowly. She said “people just use less water so it doesn’t fill up the sink too fast”. Also, hair dryer didn’t work .
