Very disappointed, We expected more from your brand.
Pros:

The location, The woman at check-in was very nice.

Cons:

The room is in desperate need of a deep cleaning! The carpet was filthy. We actually had to clean our feet before getting into the bed the you sunk almost to the box spring. The AC/heater was going between hot and cold by itself. So we didn’t sleep very well.

I didn’t know that this place doubled as a homeless shelter

The breakfast was pretty good and helpful during my 8 night stay

Cons:

Unsafe. None of the exterior doors closed properly which allowed random people to come and go. The door to the pool and gym don’t shut at all which is dangerous. Ice mitigation was non existent. Outlet covers were missing in our room. I found out the hard way that this place doubles as a homeless shelter during the colder months.

This is our 4-5th visit. We’re always treated well. Breakfast is always good.

Good room, subpar service
Pros:

The room was absolutely perfect except for the stains all over the carpet.

Cons:

No service when requested multiple times.. Breakfast buffet was not edible. Freezer burnt potatoes. Dry eggs. Orange juice was 95% water. Throughout the three night, four day stay here.

A sleepless waste of money
Pros:

Location. That’s about it.

Cons:

The bed was broken. The bathroom had chipped tiles and cracks, the fire alarm over the bed was hanging off.. the whole room was falling apart. The mattress was sunken in the middle. It needed to be replaced long ago. If I had anywhere else to go in the storm I would have checked out early. Never again
