When arriving we noticed a very strong odor in our room we were able to change our room but when we got into our new room there were stains on our floors the bathroom was dirty it just was not a very clean establishment and for the money we paid for this room it just did not meet the standards of comfortability cleanliness it was just really awful I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Very disappointed, We expected more from your brand.
Pros:

The location, The woman at check-in was very nice.

Cons:

The room is in desperate need of a deep cleaning! The carpet was filthy. We actually had to clean our feet before getting into the bed the you sunk almost to the box spring. The AC/heater was going between hot and cold by itself. So we didn’t sleep very well.

I didn’t know that this place doubled as a homeless shelter
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good and helpful during my 8 night stay

Cons:

Unsafe. None of the exterior doors closed properly which allowed random people to come and go. The door to the pool and gym don’t shut at all which is dangerous. Ice mitigation was non existent. Outlet covers were missing in our room. I found out the hard way that this place doubles as a homeless shelter during the colder months.
