Relaxing and comfortable vibe
Pros:

The close proximity to the Isle of Palms beach

Cons:

My room at first had a really bad muggy wet odor to it. So I quickly went to the front desk agent and asked to have my room switched at no cost because I had already paid they were prompt to handle the issue. Thank you Comfort Suites.

Pros:

The location was perfect! Close to the beach close to store right in the middle of everything. The room smelled clean and hygienic. The breakfast was amazing for the value!

Cons:

I didn’t like how the bed was a bit hard for my back. I’m not as young as I used to be. There was an odd smell entering the lobby but it could due to it being an older building. I wished there was more options in breakfast like fresher fruits the apples were hard and not ready to be eaten yet.

Cons:

Was out off date. Little run down. The walls were thin. Could hear the people next door. Could hear the kids screaming and playing in the pool under our window through the air conditioner.

Cons:

Hotel is showing its age wear and tear evident everywhere. Including rooms. TV not working , AC not working., carpet wrinkled creating tripping hazards.

Pros:

The price point is too expensive for the hotel to be this outdated. The staff was phenomenal and so nice and that's part of the reason for my higher scores plus the location is perfect 👌 Bit the facilities need upgrading and updating...so much! I would give it a perfect 10 if that was done.

Cons:

The outdated facilities..the pools looked unkempt as well. Just do something to make the place not look like a motel 6. It was once a phenomenal place to stay
