Enjoyed our visit, we will stay again in the future but any level below current accommodation and we would prefer to pay
Pros:

Location is exceptionally convenient to all things and just 5 minutes from the beach.

Cons:

Recent change in ownership? New beds aren’t comfortable and we noted several areas needing repair during our visit. Overall 7 out of 10, clean, affordable and excellent location.

Very worn out and ripped couch and disgusting headboard.Spoke with management and all they said was sorry. I showed them pictures of the condition of the furniture in the room and stated that it was unacceptable, no reply.

Quiet, tucked away, yet centrally located.

Good location, and basic accommodation. Microwave in the room was nice. Definitely could use some upgrades as it definitely needs new furniture and carpeting. Great location to easily walk to Trader Joe's to get snacks and room items which I did.

Cons:

A little too old for the price and some of the staff when I checked in weren't very friendly. I was not told about an early check in fee when I called to ask for an early check in and then was told I'd be charged $25. Then I went to see at check out and then was told I wasn't charged. Front desk staff upon check out was great.

In desperate need of renovation
Pros:

Worn out property , strange mandatory usage tax , clanky a/c and the room was damp smelling and carpet worn and in need of cleaning .
Front desk upon check in, apathetic 😐

Location was great.

Cons:

Hotel is outdated. The finish on tables was coming off, resulting in a sticky surface. The bathtub appeared to be patched/painted. Ceiling tiles throughout the hotel are patchy. Breakfast was the bare minimum for a “hot” breakfast. Waffles were good, but everything else was prepackaged and heated (eggs were just round patties).
