Loved location, attention needed to guest concerns
Pros:

Location , breakfast good. Liked the bathroom mirror that didn’t steam up during shower. Nice

Cons:

Our room needs paint and cleaning. Room was damp and all the carpet wet giving us a shock when plugging in charger! Besides when telling desk clerk, she gave no apologies and seemed not to care and said she would report it. Check in took so long, that desk clerk did apologize, perhaps computer super slow? All drawers were opened on dresser and the cushion on chair was standing up I right!

Pros:

Location was nice and close to shopping and a couple restaurants

Cons:

The room smelled moldy. The carpet was very dirty, black feet dirty. And very poor lighting in the room.

Past stays were much better. Suspect that things will improve with a little encouragement and enhanced staff engagement
Pros:

Great Location. Honestly it seems to have slipped a bit. Hallways and room smelled a bit musty. Ice water in lobby was at times empty and not cold, ice had melted. Quality of breakfast was lower than past stays. I have very much enjoyed my past stays, this time it seemed to lack attention to detail.
Still a prime location, house keeping staff was very good.

Cons:

Over all cleanliness was lacking. Attention to detail lacking.

This hotel is shabby and looks like it is run on a shoestring budget. The front desk staff was mostly nice.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

It was shabby.
The guest room smelled.
The breakfast sat too long making everything stale.often ran out and I am not picky about a free breakfast.
We asked for the room to be made up. It was never done during our stay.
And then a flash fire alarm went off!

Good breakfast. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Fire alarms going off 2 evenings in a row. But glad they worked AND fire brigade arrived in only few minutes!!!

One of the biggest problems was the breakfast service. Many food items, including eggs, coffee, and other basic options, were frequently unavailable and often not refilled in a timely manner. In addition, the breakfast area and kitchen appeared poorly maintained and lacked proper cleanliness.

Another issue was the overall quality of the room. It had a noticeable unpleasant odor and did not feel sufficiently clean, making it difficult to feel comfortable during my stay.

Great location for dining and going to the beach.
Pros:

Location was great. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach.

Cons:

No towels at the pool and limited number of chairs. Definitely not enough for the amount of people there.
We arrived 45 minutes early. I asked if our room was ready, I was told it was but it would be $25 to check in early. The lady running the desk was very rude.

Pros:

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant smell and did not feel clean or comfortable.
The breakfast was also a major issue. Food was often missing or not replenished, including coffee, eggs, and other items. The kitchen and breakfast area were not clean, which made the overall experience even worse.
The service during breakfast was consistently poor, and staff seemed slow to respond when items ran out. Overall, the cleanliness, breakfast service, and food availability need significant improvement. I expected much better from this hotel.

Served its purpose as a place to sleep.
Pros:

Overall the property was pretty decent. Beds were not the worst I’ve slept on but not the most comfortable. The room was clean beds were clean and the property was quiet and conveniently located to several restaurants and stores. We arrived earlier than expected and the hotel allowed us to check in early. It was affordable and I’d stay here again if ever back in the area.

Cons:

The breakfast was edible and included but not the best. The pool was clean a little strong on the chlorine smell but since it was outside it wasn’t bad. The pool area had two tables and only one umbrella for sitting area. I know most people are there for the beach however I was surprised by lack of seating in the pool area. It was never an issue but I was surprised by the fact that they only had 1 elevator.
