We loved this location. We were on our honeymoon, headed to Destin, and decided we love the Charleston area so much that we wanted to stay there first. So we detoured and crossed our fingers. Our normal stay at Comfort Suites in West Ashley was completely booked. This was Christmas night. We found this one on Booking.com and crossed our fingers. Thankfully they had an available room. This was also middle of the night, probably around 2am. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and super quick. We were in our enormous room within no time. The hotel was quiet, clean, and just felt happy. We loved the breakfast. It slightly changed daily which is a HUGE plus for us. You could also go into the breakfast area at any point to use the microwave, tables, and even plates, napkins, and plastic ware. This was perfect as we had brought leftovers and needed utensils to eat them. We also met some really great people each morning at breakfast (my husband is quite outgoing and will talk to anyone). The staff were absolutely fantastic! I’m not sure if we had anyone in a room near us, if we did, we never heard a sound. I have zero dislikes for this hotel. We will definitely add this one to our list of approved places in the Charleston area. We loved being over on the Mount Pleasant side of Charleston. It’s the first time we stayed on that side and it definitely gave a new perspective and opened our eyes to new places to visit.
