Pros:

Everything! Great location. The rooms were amazing! The water pressure in the shower was the absolute best ever!

Nice location, horrible hotel
Pros:

The location is great! Close to the beach, restaurants and more.

Cons:

The room had no overhead lights, the neighbors were so loud and smoking marijuana. We asked the front desk about the lighting situation and they said ALL the rooms only have a lamp now and no overhead lights. Things are dated and dark. It is definitely not worth the price we paid. I could have paid a little more and stayed at a nice hotel - lesson learned.

Pros:

Breakfast was very mediocre. The location of the hotel was awesome

Cons:

The carpet in my room looked like it needed cleaning.
The headboards was full of scratches. The drainage in the shower was horrible.

Disappointing. I wasn’t expecting the ritz, but I at least expected it to be clean and cool.

Cons:

The room was dirty, with mold in the shower and furniture, walls and ceiling, and carpet that were all peeling and needed serious updates. We asked for extra towels and there never were any for our stay. The AC barely worked and the room was humid and hot the entirety of our stay. We were very disappointed. We understood this was a bargain hunt hotel but for almost $270/night I expected a clean room, a working AC, and a room that wasn’t so run down and had extra towels.

Great and affordable hotel choice located close to the beach.
Pros:

The safety, cleanliness, and comfort was top notch. I also loved that the located was close to the beach and the fact that they offered breakfast 😀.

Cons:

The staff wasn't very friendly 🙄.

The only thing I liked was that the hotel was so close to King Street grill.

Cons:

The room smelled like mildew. Probably due to the old carpet that I'm sure gets wet often from people coming in from the pool. The couch was torn up in multiple spots. Everything felt kinda sticky. Staff wasn't friendly and everyone genuinely seemed like their job made them hate life.

Nice location, won’t be staying here again.

Location was nice, close to shopping and places to eat.

Cons:

Needed major updating. Weeds all over the grounds. Cockroach visitors, which literally grossed me out. Upon checking in front staff was not too friendly. Breakfast I just had yogurt, didn’t want to touch the food.

Cons:

Beds uncomfortable, sheets were scratchy not soft. Very outdated, torn carpets, mildew in bathrooms, unrepaired holes, an odor throughout the hotel that smelled of Marijuana from the moment you walked in. Amenities limited and sparce. Way over priced for a motel-like feel. We needed a last minute hotel due to our local home renovation. Frankly, I'm shocked this low quality of a hotel was even an option right off the IOP connector.
