They ran out of breakfast!

Cons:

I was locked out of my room for almost 2 hours!! Had to wait for manager to come unlock my door with a screw driver. Then he lied and said he would give us a discount for our troubles but didnt. By the time I got into my room it was 11 pm!! Being on the road all day and at basketball tournaments i was so tired!! My boys didn't get to swim because their shorts were locked in room. The arcade closed.
They ran out of breakfast so my boys just had cold cereal. It was the worst experience I ever had with any motel I ever stayed at.

I won’t be returned due to treated received by the front desk staff.
Pros:

The bar and the bartenders were phenomenal.

Cons:

The front desk staff. The older lady was rude, she informed us it was inconvenient for us to ask for invoices for the multiple rooms we stayed in.

There wasnt much to like.

Cons:

Acarde hours not posted was closed when we got back to hotel at 10 pm, , casino hours posted in a bad spot u really dont see them. That is closed at 10 pm and closed on Wednesday and Sunday. Breakfast was cold, hot tub and pool were closed due to maintenance issue, not sure it will be fixed. Only information given by front desk staff at time of check in was Breakfast hours. Had asked about pool and hot tub was told it was closed but I could use the community one in town if I would like. Chairs and flooring n Breakfast area could use repairs.

Pros:

Price was fair, breakfast was good especially the coffee. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Tv didn't work right, would turn on but didn't have sound. Some machines in the arcade didn't work properly.
