Cons:

The hall carpets were filthy; the elevator has not been cleaned in months. There was French doors leading into the breakfast room the windows needed cleaning. with the halls and the lounge looking like this I wiped down my room with Clorox wipes. We came in and out several times and most if the time the desk attendant was playing on his phone. I would say put the phone away and pick up some Windex and a cloth and start cleaning because it really needs a good cleaning.

Room was quiet and good size.
Bathroom always had fresh towels! Thanks to the Cleaning Service, Great Job!!

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. One morning to many people and not enough food. So that morning we did not get any breakfast. There
were food hogs taking plates of eggs and bacon.

They Promise scrambled eggs and bacon and I asked kitchen about it and they said not today,I booked on the thought I would get a hot breakfast and they didn't have the only 2 things I wanted,Don't promise something and not have it

We loved it!
Pros:

Breakfast was decent but there wasn’t much I could eat due to food allergies
The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the hotel was very close to downtown and lots of attractions. We would stay there again.

Cons:

Breakfast options but that was due to the limited food I am able to eat.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and the room was great. I do question the accessibility room being on the 2nd floor. If an issue happened that the elevators shut down stairs would be inaccessible for many IMO
