Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great location and reasonable price.

Cons:

Rooms weren't very insulated from hallway noise and the toilet was exceptionally low to the floor.

Everything was absolutely perfect!
Pros:

Everything!! Very well run and maintained property! Would 100% stay here again! Very clean, nice rooms! Pool and hot tub were great! Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean rooms and great staff, but crowded amenities
Pros:

We really appreciated the excellent staff. They moved us first from a first-floor room, then quickly to a quieter room on the fourth floor when it was still noisy. The suite was clean and comfortable, and the location is great for visiting the White Mountains.
There were a few things that could be improved, though. The bathroom wasn't fully stocked when we arrived, and the TVs could use an upgrade to smart streaming. It got pretty crowded at the pancake station in the morning, and as someone who really enjoys iced coffee, it was a downside that only hot coffee was offered and there wasn't an ice dispenser in breakfast area. The pool was also very crowded with no apparent supervision, and the rough play made it hard to enjoy.
Despite those issues, the clean rooms, convenient location, and outstanding customer service made the stay enjoyable, and we would consider staying again.
