Thank You Alessandro, Nick and Kait for "Exceptional Service" at the front desk at the Lincoln NH Holiday Inn.
Pros:

Our family has been to the Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln numerous times this winter. The service at the front desk is "always" excellent! At each visit I am greeted by either Nick, Alessandro or Kait. They offer consistent professional service. In addition they are friendly, helpful, and courteous. This week at my business in Concord I suggested to a family to stay at the Holiday Inn while they were visiting Lincoln because I know immediately when they walk in the door they will greeted and know that the team at the front desk care about there stay. Nick, Allessandro and Kait always desire to please the guests. They all get a perfect score for terrific service. David

Great breakfast and staff. No sleep die to excessive noise and uncomfortable beds.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful

Cons:

So noisy. Heard the toilets flush all night and Kids in the hallway.
Uncomfortable beds. The bed was hard and I was unable to sleep on my side.

Will definitely stay again
Pros:

Friendly staff upon check in. Clean hotel and very clean room. Offered large and small amenities to make it an enjoyable stay. Plenty of space and counter space in room to put all your belongings, desk space, luggage rack etc... The breakfast included something for everyone in our family. Was a nice bonus! Location was perfect to where we wanted to be.

Pros:

The staff was so friendly! Loved the complimentary coco amd coffee all day. Hot breakfast was amazing! Rooms were so clean, pool/hot tub too.

Cons:

Water in pool was a bit cold for adults😅

Pros:

Close to everything needed. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Hair in shower. Pee on toilet seat, and items on floor indicated minimal cleaning. Doors slamming was something ive never dealt with to this manner before. I work in construction and understand they are fire rated doors. But when a door shut you could feel it. Especially the hallway door to the stairs. Difficult to sleep and kids were scared. Felt like we were in an episode of Band of Brothers
