Convenience to freeway.
Body soap was out in shower, shower had a slant that made it a slip hazard as well as the water that got on the floor after a shower. Not safe
I am one legged cam early afternoon, no handicap room. The room is got smelled. I had to get incense to overcome it. The pillows I couldn't use because they smelled like dirty hair. The sheets smelled heavily like bleach. The sink in the bathroom sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom light is to dark to see properly. And I was here before some years ago and the indoor swimming pool was the same as now. Empty and not usable . All in all this is the last time I stay in a best western. Very disappointing.
Rooms were really nice
They are being remodeled. Wish hotels were required to say they are under renovation.
Good location
The phone in the room didn't work. The door rubbed the floor and you had to push on the door to get it to lock. The A/C took quite some time to cool the room.
Excellent staff, very helpful, offered suggestions, easy parking, comfortable, clean room cool with good lighting. In the morning the gentleman at the desk provided me with fresh coffee and a few snacks for the road even though it was early (knowing I had a long trip ahead). Exceptional service!

Older hotel that needs some attention. Room had a faint sewer smell to it. Pool was cold. Breakfast had some different items than the usual fare. Breakfast attendant was very helpful. Overall I would skip this hotel.
Breakfast was excellent
This reservation was made under the name of Mary Collins. It was paid for for a credit card under the name of Mary Collins and why you sent an email to Laura Bennett to my phone. I don’t understand.
Location was good for a quick stop while driving the interstate. Would stay again if the need arose.
