Miserable, overpaid , dirty, run down, roach motel
Pros:

Nothing, it was dirty, old and run down. Bathtub was broken, toilets barely flushed dirty and roach infested.

Cons:

Broken tub, coffee was supposed to be available 24hrs out of the week we were there only twice was brewed coffee available, the red was instant and tasted terrible. Dirty, asked to get room cleaned they stated they would check see if they had housekeepers available. Tried to checkout early but because we booked with third party I would have lost my money, which brings me to the amount charged which for what it was we way over paid. Miserable place. Stay away! I told them they needed to close and start over.

The front reception staff were excellent both the evening we checked in and the morning we left.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Hot eggs and sausage. Also had waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels/English muffins, and cereal. Excellent spread.

Lit confortables, situé près du stade et beaucoup de restaurants près. Produits disponibles dans la douche.

Okay, not good.
Pros:

We had a few issues. Staff was nice but breakfast was disappointing. The first day, no coffee; second day no eggs or sausage or coffee. More seriously, we got ice and snow and the parking lot was not cleared. We were seeing an impending storm coming and were not comfortable with not being able go to our vehicle or safely walk. We informed the front desk we were not wanting to stay and checked out on Saturday but have not received a refund.

Cons:

Lack of breakfast:coffee and lack of care for property/lot. Stained linens. But with impending dangerous weather we decided we needed to go.

I would highly not recommend this hotel it was not clean and they clearly do not keep up on the rooms.

It was not clean, the room was not vacuumed and there was black mold all over the bathroom. We found hair in the bed.

I didn’t stay. Shocked that IHG hotel was like this

Cons:

I could not stay there ! I arrived at 2pm and was told it would cost $30 to check in before 3pm. I sat in a dirty parking lot and then went to a water damaged moldy room. There was bubbling in the corner of the wall with ripped wallpaper. You could not see out of the windows due to water fog. First time I’ve ever had to do leave a place and I drive Boston to Florida often
