Property was convenient outside of Cincinnati. Room was quiet, kids enjoyed pool, staff were super friendly and helpful.
Sink was plugged, light in bathroom light bar was out.
I don’t often stay at a hotel but this was a nice stay. The staff was quite nice. My wife and I had a nice swim in the pool.
I wouldn’t say that there was anything that I didn’t like but I do feel some things need to be addressed. The paint on the ceiling of our room has two different shades of white. It’s like it was patched up or something. The trim around the closet door and the door itself seem to be a bit dated. My wife didn’t enjoy the mattress but with a mattress you can’t please everyone. Despite those small things I’d stay again. I can recommend it.
Room was clean and comfortable
The ac unit was making some noise but even after turning off it remained cool..from other side of suite
The out door area in the back was very nice
We had 4 rooms total for our group 1 of which had live bed bugs 1 shower did not work and toilet didn't flush the entire stay the pther 2 rooms where not what we asked to book they gave away our jacuzi rooms which was the highlight of our trip and we where unable to get another room due to being fully booked so we where told so one of our groups had to drive back home that evening and miss the last 2 days of the local event we where all there for when I tried to talk to the manager he blamed me and did nothing besides be condescending rude ! He refused to take accountability for the bad experience and proceeded to blame us for the inconveniences
All the staff was exceptional and was glad to accommodate our needs and requests.
