Perfect
Pros:

It was the perfect location to are sons wrestling tournament! And the pool is amazing this is are second year staying.

Cons:

The only this that kinda sucked was the elevators were down but that’s not the staffs fault.

Pros:

The desk clerk JILL, was very helpful resolving the issue of the wrong style room having been reserved. She accommodated my party in the correct suite. Also, the desk clerk, MICHAEL, was very pleasant and helpful at checkout. In addition, the manager, CATHERINE, has arranged for a $100.00 refund due to some inconveniences we encountered. You are to confirm this with her at 802-748-1500 x3. I will also be telephoning this information to the appropriate party as soon as I find a phone number.

Cons:

It wasn't a matter of "not liking" as much as inconveniences of a power outage, drafty windows, and the initial mix-up about the room.

The staff was Great!, the room was very nice. The pool area and the hot tub need help.
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and the hotel was quiet.
Catherine at the front desk did a Great Job!!

Cons:

The hot tub stopped working three minutes after we got in it. One of the main reasons we choose it. There were pieces of paint hanging off the ceiling in two areas in the pool location.it look very poor. They couldn't fix the hot tub until the next day.
We went too adjust the blind in our room and it fell off the wall.

Pros:

Very nice accommodation. Staff had to deal with MAJOR water main break leaving guests with NO WATER for more than 24 hours. The staff did an amazing job of handling unkind, unfriendly guests.

Cons:

Front desk staff not up to date on local information. For example, asked about trail link from hotel to rail trail. Had no idea.

A couple days without the pool was disappointing. Everything else was very good. I will definitely return.
Pros:

Great location to nearby skiing. Easy access to highways. Rooms, lobby and breakfast service all excellent.

Cons:

Pool and Hot tub were down for several days.
The only disappointment.

Food was good. Reception and breakfast staff were helpful.

Cons:

The coffee was awful. My room wasn’t cleaned well and no housekeeping services. For the rate of the room, I would expect daily service.
