The access to the WiFi absolutely sucked
I should be able to get to WiFi with out having to access with out having to join some rewards program
Very nice and clean!
The elevator was not working.
And the tub in the room was extremely slippery
And I fell.
And the water pressure was terrible!
The fridge was not turned on and full of water.
Very spacious and comfortable suite
The breakfast is somehow basic with lots of plastic plates and cutlery

Aucune information sur le fait que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte. (En rénovation depuis début mai, avant ma réservation)

Breakfast was excellent
We have stayed here on multiple occasions. We love this place. we were very disappointed in how we were treated on arrival. There was a dispute between Booking.com and the facility over our reservation. we had a confirmed booking but were told that the facility had not learned about our change from the original booking date and we ended up waiting to check-in for over one hour while the staff tried to resolve the issue with booking.com. we ended up having to pay a second time for the same reservation. we were not happy.

How clean the hotel was.
Bed was to low, and we at to wait 15-20 minutes to check in as the front desk clerk was outside playing with some wild dogs.
