Pros:

I asked for the staff to bring extra towels to my room in which they told me no.

If it wasn’t for the key cards it would have been higher rated. Everything else was great. Super friendly staff kept you

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

We lost power on our last night. Really bad storm. The key cards were terrible. We had to go to the office multiple times a day to have them reactivated.

Awesome staff and awesome stay !!!
Pros:

We loved this place being our first time in Tennessee and more to come !!!!! We love how it was all secured and had to have a key card to even enter any sort of the building other then the office

Cons:

Everything was good other then the elevator would take ages

I wasn't satisfied with staff and staff didn't try to make me happy
Pros:

I ordered smoking room with hot tub and didn't get either one and I ask for a refund and was told no I couldn't get one.

Cons:

That i couldn't have a hot tube or move rooms

Other than the previously mentioned issues, the room was clean and the balcony was nice.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok...I wish they changed some of the offerings, but otherwise it was decent. The location was not ideal, very awkward just getting around the building due to it being tucked almost behind other buildings with no clear way in or out.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard...some people like that...the pillows were awful, they looked more like sofa decorative pillows in pillowcases. They were half sized! Getting to the pool and breakfast was also strange...unless you went outside and around the building the only other way from my room location was to get on the elevator and travel through a side lobby and 2 stairwell doors
