Great atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly staff made our stay incredible!
Pros:

Very clean, honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It was very close to a lot of the things we wanted to go do/see, and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked, our room was directly beside the pool so you can imagine the noise level was a bit of an issue, but nothing that dampened our experience too badly!

Cons:

The "queen" beds were not queen. And they were very uncomfortable. Hot water coukd have been hotter. Pool was cold and hot tub luke warm

Pros:

Our overall stay was nice! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hottub, especially being the fall season and most other hotels only have outdoor pools.

Cons:

The breakfast was nice with lots of options, however it is to crowded in one tiny room. We felt that everyone was on top of each other trying to get their food with no room to move around without bumping into someone. There wasn't enough seating either to accommodate the breakfast rush.

Not disappointed but not blown away.
Pros:

Enjoyed the central location, indoor pool and size of the rooms.

Cons:

The facilities seemed a bit rundown and complicated layout of the hotel. Breakfast was very limited and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. There were only two tiny drawers in the rooms as well so there was no where to keep our things.

Great location and liked the room but not sure if I’ll stay there again.
Pros:

The property was in a good location and we liked the room

Cons:

We didn’t even get I enjoy the pool. I was traveling with my mom who is a senior citizen and was using a walker. The kids in the pool splashing getting us wet and being so loud we had to leave. The kids were running up and down all hours of the night and knocking on our door, the toilet overflowed and they were sweeping the hallway with a sweeper at 8:30 am

A good place for a getaway vacation to the smokes
Pros:

Nice indoor pool. Centrally located in busy area.

Cons:

The description is “at Dollywood lane”. Kind of misleading. Dollywood lane is across the street (4 lanes). Thought it would be closer to Dollywood. Have to wait long times for elevator.

Would return as it’s in a convent location , overall experience was good.
Pros:

Location was good and breakfast could have more choices

Cons:

Rooms could have been a little cleaner (there was a smell in our/ floor left our feet greasy and dirty) and rooms could use an update.

Not good!
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the room was updated and clean.

Cons:

Our room smelled. The bathroom door was rotten on the bottom and there was a smear of white paint on the back of it. There were black hairs on towels. The toilet paper holder had a bunch of dirt and dust behind the toilet paper. The tub looked all dirty on bottom. We wouldn’t let kids set down plus there wasn’t a way to fill with water. There were stains on comforter, and there was a large gap under our door we had to stuff towels under it. We would have moved but our schedule wouldn’t allow for it.
