Breakfast seemed fine
First key was to a 2 bed room and it was never cleaned, beds slept in.
Then no 2 bed rooms available.
Convenient location and comfortable beds
Bathroom shower needs updating desperately and mold removal.. Breakfast selection was awful

Room was not well maintained. Crack in bathroom mirror, cracks in walls/paint, tears in rug, AC off and room temp was 80 degrees when we arrived, bathroom smelled like weed. We arrived at 10pm after a very long day of driving and had no other options. Bed and linens was thankfully clean but it was obvious this was the room they gave to customers who paid through third party booking or the budget price.
The location was convenient.
The property itself was clean, however our toilet was dirty as was the shower and we had to place the drain cover back into the shower. It was left out in the middle of the bathroom floor.

Staff was acting funny when I found out that there was no pool which was the reason I booked for and wanted my money back because they still advertise that they have a pool but don't

Air conditioning did not work at all in the one room. You gave up 2nd room and split up family while I was standing in line because that person had a dirty hotel room. 3 total dirty rooms being booked. Our rooms were dirty and when we told about the air conditioning they were out of available rooms
I absolutely adored the staff. I stayed from Thursday July 2 until the 6th. The first few days were booked under my friend in room 521 and I extended the stay one additional day because the 5th was my birthday and I didn’t want to check out. Breakfast was great, place was so clean ALL the staff I encountered were FABULOUS. Down to house keeping!! Very attentive and courteous they all were. I flew in from CT & I will return 🫶🏾
One thing I didn’t like was the fact that I could not turn the TV up past 50. So with the AC on a lot of time it was hard to hear the TV at times & the GREATEST issue was I could not watch my Netflix, Prime nothing like that. I was stuck watching old shows like cold cases, Charmed, Hallmark or news. That was a SUPER DOWNER! The only thing I wish you all had was a pool, THAT would make you guys TOP TIER
