Great location
Modern hotel in very central location with wonderful breakfast. Indoor swimming pool was also nice.
For a 5 star hotel it was strange that at the reception desk when we arrived no one spoke English. Also we had to pay extra for family room because the room we booked on booking.com had beds that were too small for 4 of us.

There was a requirement to wear a bathing cap to use the pool. Consequently we didn’t swim
Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere appreciate to Ms. Tia and Ms. Bellin for their warmest hospitality. They been helpful throughout my arrival check in and also departure check out respectively. They been caring and demonstrating professionalism throughout my stay.
Once again thanks to them both and looking forward to meeting them again if approtunity arises.
The interior renovation / furnishing is very old otherwise everything is perfect.

I stayed here for one night during a long layover in Chengdu and was really happy with my choice.
The room was spacious, very clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, and after a long flight it was exactly what I needed. I slept really well, which isn't always easy when you're travelling. Everything was in great condition, and it was just a really comfortable place to relax and recharge before my next flight.
The location is also really convenient, with Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li just a short walk away, so it's easy to get out and see a bit of the city if you have the time.
I ordered a club sandwich from room service for dinner, and it was really tasty. It arrived quickly and was much better than I expected.
I also asked if a late check-out would be possible, and the hotel was very accommodating. That made a big difference, as I had several hours before my flight and it gave me time to enjoy the day without feeling rushed.
The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Mia made check-in quick and easy, and she was friendly and welcoming. After I'd already left Chengdu, I realised I'd forgotten my sunglasses in the room. Luna and Tina helped track them down, kept me updated, and arranged to have them sent to my home address. They arrived just two days later. I really appreciated how helpful they were and how quickly they organised everything.
Overall, it was just a really easy, comfortable stay from start to finish. Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and genuinely helpful staff. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Chengdu.

The location was perfect, just a short walk, 5-7 minutes, to IFS mall and Tai Koo Li. The staff were so accommodating and nice, promptly attending to our needs at all times. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and complete array of toiletries. The breakfast buffet is worth the price; just a tip that it may be a bit cheaper to book breakfast at the reception counter. Super value for money!

The hotel was centrally located. Breakfast was good. But I had an issue with the chef at the egg station who was apparently very rude. It’s an old hotel but it’s value for money.
