I stayed here for one night during a long layover in Chengdu and was really happy with my choice.
The room was spacious, very clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, and after a long flight it was exactly what I needed. I slept really well, which isn't always easy when you're travelling. Everything was in great condition, and it was just a really comfortable place to relax and recharge before my next flight.
The location is also really convenient, with Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li just a short walk away, so it's easy to get out and see a bit of the city if you have the time.
I ordered a club sandwich from room service for dinner, and it was really tasty. It arrived quickly and was much better than I expected.
I also asked if a late check-out would be possible, and the hotel was very accommodating. That made a big difference, as I had several hours before my flight and it gave me time to enjoy the day without feeling rushed.
The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Mia made check-in quick and easy, and she was friendly and welcoming. After I'd already left Chengdu, I realised I'd forgotten my sunglasses in the room. Luna and Tina helped track them down, kept me updated, and arranged to have them sent to my home address. They arrived just two days later. I really appreciated how helpful they were and how quickly they organised everything.
Overall, it was just a really easy, comfortable stay from start to finish. Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and genuinely helpful staff. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Chengdu.

The location was perfect, just a short walk, 5-7 minutes, to IFS mall and Tai Koo Li. The staff were so accommodating and nice, promptly attending to our needs at all times. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and complete array of toiletries. The breakfast buffet is worth the price; just a tip that it may be a bit cheaper to book breakfast at the reception counter. Super value for money!

The hotel was centrally located. Breakfast was good. But I had an issue with the chef at the egg station who was apparently very rude. It’s an old hotel but it’s value for money.

Location - quiet but accessible.
With eateries nearby for meals at anytime of the day. Hotel's room housekeeping service was up to expectation. Laundry service was good, just a bit pricey.
A couple of things:
1. Double bed, double room means 2 super single beds and when can stay 3 pax means will add an additional mattress. In other words, picture is for illustration.
Hotel reception can help by checking with guest if they know there are 3 guests for that booking and provide room with a queen bed + 1 instead.
2. Hotel breakfast - tables were were not readily clean nor full set of utensils were provided. Spoon is always "on leave". Food standard, day 1 was fine. As days go on, the standard of food varies. The egg section especially on 24 Jun 2026 was not acceptable.
3. The gym was poorly maintained with limited equipment.
4. Butler at the lobby, sometimes react quickly, sometimes don't. Hence, is not so helpful at all when more guests leaving by car at the same time.

Ter cuidado que o booking vende quartos com duas camas de casal ora são camas de solteiro o que nos provocou problemas e ter que mudar de quarto visto sermos uma família de 3 com um adolescente.
