Posizione centrale ma.hotel da rimodernare
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è invidiabile perché si trova proprio a due passi dalla strada più animata della città. Personale cordiale e stanche ampie e comode. Ottima la colazione. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo

Cons:

La struttura è dotata ed andrebbe rimodernato. Nelle fughe delle piastrelle dei bagni c'era della muffa.

Great location but not up to 5 star rating.
Pros:

Excellent location within walking of many sights. Lots of restaurants nearby and Chunxi road literally across the road.

Cons:

Rooms and facilities not up to 5 star rating. This hotel should be 4 star at best. Bathroom in Initial room was moldy. Requested a room change which was willingly accommodated. New room was an improvement over the first but bathroom old and room dated.

Luxury at a great price
Pros:

A fabulous property - five star ,!excellent facilities in the room , lovely soft bathrobes - outstanding breakfast and the restaurant is also great if you want a break and have some western food . Staff were very helpful

Pros:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war super nett und die Lage wirklich toll. Um die Ecke sehr leckere Hot Pot Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. iFS in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Bett war sehr bequem und beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei. Pancakes, Toast, Muffins - die Kinder waren happy.

Pros:

The hotel did not live up to expectations. Upon arrival, I asked front desk staff if massages were available—as stated on Booking.com—and was told they didn't offer any. On my last day, I accidentally discovered a spa facility on floor -1, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time left to book a service.
​The room cleanliness was lacking, including hair left on the bathroom floor, and all facilities felt quite old and outdated. Given the price, I wasn't expecting luxury, but basic cleanliness and accurate information from staff should still be provided.
