Pros:

早餐丰富，服务人员友善专业热情，旅馆位置佳，房间干净。

Cons:

正好碰上糖洒会，有点乱，展会最后一天3月25日下午晚上拆除展会过程中，进出旅馆很不安全，沒有任何安全通道和现场安全人员，相当好人混乱。

Convenient and comfortable. But not the best value in the area.
Pros:

The service was attentive and the family room was very spacious with great amenities, even though the upgrade price they charged was a bit outrageous.

Cons:

It was very annoying not to have access to the lobby and the front entrance due to their annual food and wine product show. Please warn guests next time before they book. It would be more transparent.

Location good, staff excellent, overall good stay for short weekend break
Pros:

Location was excellent, and we got a free upgrade as despite booking.com saying 2 adults / 2 kids could stay in a double room this wasn’t the case. However, the hotel upgraded us to a family suite free of charge as they realized it was the website booking error.

Cons:

There was a very large conference ongoing during the weekend of our stay which made access into and out of the hotel lobby difficult during the day. However, this was obviously a one-time even and the staff / concierge were always on hand to help steer us through the crowds.

Great stay in Chengdu
Pros:

Great location. Easy access to places. Lots of food around.
Spacious room.

Cons:

Air-conditioning system not effective? Temperature stayed same despite adjusting. So gets a little stuffy in the night.

I was surprised but it was perfect stay, I liked the room it has like your own cabinet. The hotel had European breakfasts and it was good enough — not so many options but ok. I also had a dinner at the cafe - and tom yam was wonderful. And five stars for the room for yoga and Pilates at the gym. There are some mats and even balls - hotels rarely provide them. The staff was kind and some of them speaked English well. The location is good enough- 20 minutes on foot to the shopping malls, 20 minutes on foot to the people’s park. So I definitely recommended you to stay there
