I was surprised but it was perfect stay, I liked the room it has like your own cabinet. The hotel had European breakfasts and it was good enough — not so many options but ok. I also had a dinner at the cafe - and tom yam was wonderful. And five stars for the room for yoga and Pilates at the gym. There are some mats and even balls - hotels rarely provide them. The staff was kind and some of them speaked English well. The location is good enough- 20 minutes on foot to the shopping malls, 20 minutes on foot to the people’s park. So I definitely recommended you to stay there

Отличный отель, превосходное месторасположение в центре, очень хороший завтрак, доброжелательный и внимательный персонал.

Cons:

Ремонт в номерах старенький, чисто, опрятно, но хотелось бы чтобы ремонт подновили.

Lovely Stay in a Family Room That Made Our Chengdu Visit Even Better!
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, close to IFS, shops, and many great restaurants. There is even a supermarket inside Wangfujing, literally next door. The location truly stands out — but that’s not the only highlight.

The breakfast is served buffet-style with a wide variety of options and excellent coffee. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They kindly upgraded us to a family room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room daily and providing fresh towels.

The concierge service was also very helpful. I had some items shipped to the hotel, and they handled everything without any extra charge. There’s also a small convenience store and a fruit market inside the hotel where they sell delicious seasonal fruits and cold drinks, which was very convenient.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. If I return to Chengdu, it will be my first choice. As a lovely touch, they even gave my kids small panda keychains, which they happily used as toys. We truly felt welcomed — the hotel is very family-oriented and made our stay special.

Cons:

It’s honestly hard to find anything negative to say. My only feedback would be regarding the room temperature. Although it was the cold season, the room felt quite warm, and we had to open the windows to cool it down. Unfortunately, we were not able to adjust the temperature to make it cooler.

Отель находится в самом центре, рядом магазины, куча мест где можно поесть. Заселили намного раньше, после перелета это очень здорово, вкусные завтраки, каждый день дарили подарочки, во всем помогали. Особое спасибо девушкам Elaine, Tia. Цена за номер в Китае намного ниже чем в Таиланде. Люди очень приветливые. Спасибо за приятные впечатления.

Our beautiful encounter with Chengdu City
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and the festive decorations made it very welcoming. The staff are super friendly and are very helpful with our queries and requests. Our room was cleaned daily with all sanitary items changed. A comfortable place to stay.
