The hotel can do better than this.
Pros:

Location - quiet but accessible.
With eateries nearby for meals at anytime of the day. Hotel's room housekeeping service was up to expectation. Laundry service was good, just a bit pricey.

Cons:

A couple of things:
1. Double bed, double room means 2 super single beds and when can stay 3 pax means will add an additional mattress. In other words, picture is for illustration.

Hotel reception can help by checking with guest if they know there are 3 guests for that booking and provide room with a queen bed + 1 instead.

2. Hotel breakfast - tables were were not readily clean nor full set of utensils were provided. Spoon is always "on leave". Food standard, day 1 was fine. As days go on, the standard of food varies. The egg section especially on 24 Jun 2026 was not acceptable.

3. The gym was poorly maintained with limited equipment.

4. Butler at the lobby, sometimes react quickly, sometimes don't. Hence, is not so helpful at all when more guests leaving by car at the same time.

Cons:

Quartos degradados para um 5 estrelas. Necessita remodelação. A água da piscina interior deveria de ser aquecida. Ter cuidado que o booking vende quartos com duas camas de casal ora são camas de solteiro o que nos provocou problemas e ter que mudar de quarto visto sermos uma família de 3 com um adolescente.

Excelente ubicación para caminar el centro de Chengdu
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor, está cerca de Chunxi Road y de Taikoo Li. A una estación de Tianfu Square y a dos de Peoples Park. Es pleno centro.

El personal siempre me ayudó a conseguir taxi.

Cons:

El personal hablaba poco inglés, pero esto es generalizado en Chengdu. El hotel fue cinco estrellas pero ahora está un poco viejo. Son instalaciones de hace varios años.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent location, staff helpful but didnt speak much english. Manager of restaurant very helpful. Room very clean. Only downfall no english tea or teabags at breakfast or in room. Beds and pillows comfortable.

No outdoor seating area for a drink/ relaxing.

Хороший завтрак. Чистый удобный номер. Отзывчивый персонал (кроме маленького инцидента при заселении, смотри ниже). Хороший СПА-центр (входит в проживание). УБирают быстро, но тщательно.

Cons:

При бронировании указывали размещение для двух взрослых и двух детей 10 и 14 лет. Был предложен номер, его и забронировали. При заселении на ресепшен сказали, что в этот номер четверо человек не поместится, что надо доплатить (кажется, 600 юаней в сутки), и нам дадут большой номер. Я отказался доплачивать, объяснив, что этот номер нам предложил Букинг с их информацией. Совещались минут 20, потом сказали, что дадут другой номер, бесплатно. Номер был шикарный - большая комната, двухспальная кровать и двухэтажная детская. Инцидент не понравился. :-)
И еще: вечером ресторан работает только для участников конференции. Но можно заказать в номер, приносят всю сервировку, но в ресторане было бы вчетвером удобнее.
