A memorable 3 day stay with superb service
Pros:

Wonderful location on the riverbank, superb room with great views and a truly amazing staff. thank you so much to the person who arranged our upgrade.

Buen desayuno y localización
Pros:

Hotel un poco anticuado, pero las habitaciones eran bastante grandes, buenas camas dobles, no nos gustó la habitación familiar que nos dieron y nos cambiaron a una superior sin ningún problema. El desayuno incluido súper completo, con muchas comidas preparadas al momento. El personal encantador.

Marvellous hotel. Bring warm clothes or a blanket.
Pros:

Almost everything. And it’s convenient. A superb breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The rooms are very cold and nothing you do can overcome that. Might be ok for Europeans and Russians.

Below average and expectation
Pros:

Staff was friendly and polite.

Cons:

Room on my final night there was no Bath mat and Hand towel
Amenities was not replanish
Bathroom toiler bowl bidet was leaking badly during my stay but when housekeeping clean the room did not inform engineering repair.
Hand basin stopper was out of order even room cleaning was conduct daily but was not repaid by engineering department
Bed linen was not change throughout my 4 days 3 night stay

Nice place to stay by the river….book a room with a view!
Pros:

Great pool and I had nice views of the river and the Legislative Building. Everyone on staff was really nice…hotel was very clean. My room was a bit sparse of furniture with no chaise or comfortable chair. There was a desk and chair and space for another nice chair and end table…but otherwise I had a good stay here! It had a nice bar/lounge that was popular.
