Major cleaning definitely needed for this hotel

Not worth for the money i paid. Bad facilities, not clean enough, breakfast not refilled on time we need to wait as most of the things empty we were there.

The hotel room felt tired and outdated.

The water heater did not function properly, and the water pressure was very weak.

Water in the bathroom basin drained very slowly and required time to clear.

The room was only provided with one cup in the bathroom, which was insufficient.

The air-conditioning was uncomfortably cold and remained cold even after being switched off throughout the night.

Additionally, the bed was not comfortable, affecting overall rest quality.

Pros:

Great location next to waterfront and nearby eateries. Spectacular window view of river. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms and corridor were cold even after switching off room aircon still felt cold. Hot water in my room was only lukewarm
