Cons:

Car park was not available due to construction, two elevators out of three did not work, it took 10 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom, the staff were not super friendly and a bit slow, the key for the door was not properly activated so we had to come back downstairs to get it reactivated, the price of the hotel over 350$ per night was way too high compared to the quality. You can get better rates in better hotels in downtown New York for that price.

Comfortable and convenient are the two words that I would use to describe this hotel.
Pros:

It’s in the perfect location for my purposes. It has an indoor pool that I enjoy. I always sleep well in their beds.

Cons:

The pool’s water temperature was a bit chilly this time

Too much construction to be full price.
Pros:

Room was clean staff was nice

Cons:

The garage was under major construction which was loud in the morning and we had to park about a 7 minute walk away which was inconvenient also only one of the 3 elevators was working. Disappointed for the price we paid.

I won’t be staying there again.
Pros:

Location to venue.

Cons:

The parking situation was terrible, only 1 elevator working with very long wait times to get on, did not feel clean and there was a strange smell. It felt more like a motel.

Convenient to Tanglewood and affordable compared to other places.
Pros:

Good price compared to others in the area on this holiday. Room clean and good size. No issues. Good idea to offer free water.

Cons:

Unfortunate during this stay the front of the hotel parking is dirt and under construction . On July 4th , very busy so it seemed more valets should have been staff that night and day.

Cons:

I was not notified at the time of booking or prior to arrival that the parking lot is under construction. We had to park next door at a bank or do valet and with as much as we were coming and going from the hotel both were inconvenient. Breakfast was not included. And also the pending charge is 25$ more than my confirmation email stated. I’m assuming a deposit but it does not look like it is adjusting at this point. Upon arrival we were also informed that roads would start to be closed off at 8 am for a parade. So we had to get up early to leave. I do not recall being told about any of these things prior to my arrival or at booking. Also only 1 elevator was working For the price we paid for one night… this hotel was less than average. Sorry. If I could get a refund I would be requesting one.

I'm going back next week. I loved it
Pros:

The staff super friendly , spotless clean, very easy going, not a party hostel. You can meet amazing friendly people .

Cons:

Nothing, really. The only drawback was that the room became stuffy during the night because of eight people sleeping in the same room, and the smell made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But that's to be expected in a shared dorm. Other than that, everything was perfect.

overall nice staff and room
Pros:

everything was good but the Inn is dated and some things just getting old or worn out including the elevators.

Cons:

construction on parking lot was overboard with us having to park or valet down the hill....dark walkway seemed unsafe walking at night back to room. Spa closed for repairs or something, (we found out when we went to the pool).

Overall great stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was very helpful. We had booked another hotel that did not work out so this was a last minute stay. It ended up being the better choice.

Cons:

There’s construction in the front that we didn’t know about. There was only one elevator working which made things difficult. The indoor pool was hot and not air conditioned so we were uncomfortable
