It was a good stay where my room was located. It was quiet, which was great. I could relax.
Pros:

I had stayed at the same hotel three years ago, and the parking deck was under renovations. When I stayed for this visit, the parking deck was still under renovations, and it was an inconvenience to have to walk away from the hotel to get to your vehicle. I felt unsafe walking not knowing the area.

Parking deck not completed.

Pros:

The restaurant was exceptional. The desk staff lady was amazing!

Cons:

The over-priced breakfast. No choices. No plates or paper ones available. Left hungry.

Pros:

I was very impressed with how clean the room was and the view was great. I had a view with the town and also the mountains.

Cons:

I was unsatisfied with the hotel's lack of communication about the pool being closed and no longer having the jacuzzi. I also was not satisfied with the price of the room, especially when you are booking more than one day.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and did understand the situation and we stayed one night and was able to cancel the second night due to no pool

Cons:

We went for the pool and hot tub but it was not noted till we got there that it was not open. That was the main reason for going !

The rooms were clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The off-site parking was a little inconvenient, but the hotel staff and free valet service did make up for this somewhat.
