I reserved a king bed and did not get a king bed I actually want a refund

mini fridge/microwave in room, better coffee, or comp coffee in lobby at least. Need better light in the parking lot at night.

We had no problems
It was in a nice location, felt safe, some restaurants near, pretty close to interstate, very clean everywhere we went on the property.
The tv in the room was pretty much useless. The color on the screen was blue, and really dark. We had someone try to walk into our room from the courtyard because the rooms aren’t properly numbered from the courtyard. You have to pay $10 to park your car on the property, they don’t have a free breakfast- you must also pay for that. Facilities were clean, but that’s about the only good thing. Probably won’t be back.
Good location, it was clean , staff was friendly
Breakfast was 12 per person and had to pay for parking for what we pd to stay there I think those shouldn’t of been added plus it was a lil dated for a Marriott but overall it was ok
Lobby area is very nice
Room has no basic facilities like Lotion etc , Very much disappointed on breakfast which we paid at the time of booking . Very limited choices in breakfast Most of the place we stayed had Buffet and in this place it was small menu from which one has pick up one hot or two cold items along with coffee or Juice

Buffet Break fast was not there instead Cafeteria was there to handle breakfast
I called the hotel to inquire about the pet fee and was told it was $100. When I checked in, I was informed the fee was $100 plus $20 per night which is utterly ridiculous. The hotel states they have a bistro/restaurant. They do not. They have a menu that you can order pre cooked food which is rewarmed in a microwave.
The rooms are old and in need of repair.
The property was located in a decent area and felt safe.
The room SMELLED so bad. As soon as I walked in, the odor took my breath away. Our room smelled of mildew/mold and the carpets were damp in certain spots. It felt so icky…. I stay in hotels multiple times each year and this way by far the yuckiest hotel I’ve stayed in by odor alone.
