Nice hotel with a few issues. The biggest was the wi-fi. Worst in a hotel I've stayed at recently. So slow that I had to use my phone hot spot. Second issue was the bathroom -- too small for 2 people. Third -- no microwave in the room. Fourth -- You hear the footsteps from the room above. Fifth -- two burned out light bulbs when we checked in (late) and no one available to replace them until the next afternoon. Otherwise, hotel was pleasant, staff friendly, breakfast bistro convenient, comfortable beds and pillows and a quiet location.
I liked that I had a couch in the room and the Bistro with made to order meals. The staff was very nice too. The room was clean with a couch for added seating.
Thank you.
Overnighted for a charter flight going out the next morning. Quiet stay, bed was a little firmer than I like, but I still slept very well. Had to leave before breakfast (not free) was an option.
I’d stay again. No complaints.
Rooms were comfortable.
The location of the eatery is right in the lobby, booths and tables are right in front. Wanted get a drink before turning in but because the person called off they had nothing.
Location was central and convenient
The pool was tiny and my child for the first time ever did not want to go in the pool! The faucet did not have hot water in our room. The hotel lobby fire was not working so it didn’t feel cozy. Most importantly, my husband and child suffered with their asthma the entire night. After a discussion the next morning with the front desk staff, I was told that the hotel allows pets on the 1st and 2nd floors. We were on the 2nd floor. My husband and child have severe reactions to pet dander and pet hair! Although the hotel rooms are probably cleaned regularly, the likelihood of there still being pet dander present is pretty high! Lastly the hotel room was over priced at $150/night. It’s the middle of winter, hotel almost empty and breakfast was not even included. I checked the price the day of and it was almost $50 cheaper ($101). This hotel experience was not worth the money!
Everyone was nice
Never got refunded for not using the amenities fee you charged me for. An extra $187 at check in was INSANE after paying $160+ just to book for one night.
Flavor, price and kind staff
Last two days of the vacation. Near restaurants and bars. short drive to a casino. room was clean and friendly staff also.
The front staff was very friendly and helpful. I was Very disappointed that bar and restaurant was not open over the weekend.
