Starting from March 1st 2024: It's a $150 nonrefundable pet fee plus $15 extra per day for cleaning. Dogs are welcome (just one per room, please) if they're polite and well-behaved. We're setting a weight limit of 50lbs for our furry guests

The location was quiet and the staff was nice. I used the laundry room while I was there and it needed cleaning attentio

The restroom had a lot of hair on the floor as well as the bed linens.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was really outdated versus the one we previously stayed in.

Anytime I'm in the DFW area, I'm coming to this property.
Pros:

The customer service was amazing. Front desk clerk, Lydia, top tier! And the beds were so comfy. It was hard to get up to start my day.

Cons:

The first room I went in wasn't cleaned properly. I found hair on the pillows and the sheets were stained. I made a call to Lydia and she got me in another room within 5 minutes.

Nice hotel & good option for just outside of Dallas
Pros:

Stayed during the World Cup & the price was very reasonable

Room was clean & comfortable, the bed especially was very comfy & thankfully the room had great AC! It was very hot outside!

Staff were friendly & helpful - I arrived late due to a flight cancellation, but the lady at the desk was very helpful in sorting me out

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from a Dart station, on a line which takes you right into the heart of Downtown in about 40 minutes, so it's a decent alternative if you don't want to drive or pay for higher price hotels Downtown

Cons:

The room was a little dated, albeit clean & comfortable, & perhaps could do with better lighting

Minor things though, wouldn't put me off staying again

The location and the price are fantastic. The staff are friendly and clearly care about the property. The rooms are nicely appointed and are easy to get comfortable in. The whole experience is a very solid "normal" hotel experience that you'd typically have to pay much more for.

Cons:

The pool was temporarily closed during our stay. The workout room could be bigger and have weights.
