Cons:

My child and I both woke up with multiple bug bites after spending just one night at this hotel. The bites appeared consistent with what many people experience from bed bugs.
The manager contacted me and said they would arrange an inspection and provide me with the report. So far, I have not received any results. She also mentioned that they looked into the issue and did not find any evidence of bed bugs, but judging by the numerous bites on my back and the bites my child received, our experience suggests otherwise.
I am still waiting for the inspection report and hope the matter is taken seriously.

I expected better
Pros:

I didn’t like that I did a reservation via booking and when I got there my reservation didn’t appear and they charge me more than the original reservation price via booking.
