I wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

First of all, there was a mix up with my reservation. The person at the counter didn't seem to think I had one. Then, she forgot to give me my access to Wifi. To busy chatting on the phone while registering me. Charging $100 for a pet fee is insane. Why allow dogs at all?
There was a wonderful man who worked in the restaurant area. He was the only thing good about our stay. He was working Friday, April 3rd.

Cons:

Not the greatest check-in experience.

Wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

Everything. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very kind man. Room was clean. Hotel smelled good. After a long day it was so nice to show up to such a nice hotel.

An okay place to stay!
Pros:

The room itself was lovely and clean. The toilets however were way too low, had to use the bathroom door handles to get off the toilet, bad knees! Coffee was Starbucks, which was great! Service there was terrific and what an incredible barista!

Cons:

The low toilets, the price was high and no free coffee available in the lobby!

First night amazing, checkout horrible
Pros:

The staff that was there Ewen we arrived Friday night

Cons:

Someone stole my sons birthday shirts out our room soon as I checked out cant back 5 minutes later and custom shirt where missing

Booking.com messed up the reservation process completely!!
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Cost of $35.00 for a microwaved breakfast sandwich and coffee seemed quite steep to me. For $35 per person additional for breakfast I would expect to have full menu to choose from not just a few different breakfast sandwiches.
