Pros:

It was cold and comfortable just the way I like it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the air cold, the room dark exactly how I like it. The shower was pretty hot.

Cons:

The ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor. The were a few areas of concern with my room.

It was good, except for a glitch when the lights went out and no one could fix it right away.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

The staff couldn’t fix a simple electric problem, because it was late a night and maintenance crew was not available until next morning. We were given another room to spend the night, but it was a bit of a pain to move between rooms.

The worst of the worst.
Pros:

We would not return if it’s free. When manager is in, she can get things somewhat under control, but when she’s not there, it is a total disaster. Staff are incompetent and are unable to solve any issues, including maintenance related. FYI, pool was full of leaves and freezing cold. Hot tub was a cold tub and Maria’s (front desk lady) solution was to turn on the jets and tell us that the bubbles will warm up the temperature in a “hot” tub. She wouldn’t let us leave with no penalty, but being a higher tier Marriott member, I called the corporate and they canceled our reservation with no penalty.

Pros:

The breakfast was great. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel my partner and I will definitely be coming back for breakfast. She had scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage. I had the breakfast burrito with egg cheese, sausage, bacon, onions, green peppers, and a whole bunch of the good stuff we also had a café latte. The coffee was fresh. Everything was great. The chef was very pleasant. The overall experience with breakfast was amazing. I couldn’t thank you all enough. This is the service I expect when I spend money on a hotel stay

It was a short stay and provided what we needed it for.
Pros:

It was clean and quiet and in a good location.

Cons:

The aircondition was a bit noisy and didn’t cool as much as we wanted it to. Plus, there was not enough space to put toiletries out by the bathroom/ shower and no towel hook.

We had traveled all night, and the hotel was a great stop before starting our cruise.
Pros:

WE were very tired from traveling all day, and were surprised by the bar and food offerings. The food was delicious and well worth the price. It was nice to not have to leave the hotel to get dinner.

Cons:

The hot tub did not work. We alerted the front desk, and if was fixed but we had changed out of our suits and it was getting dark. Major disappointment.
