Best hotel in Farmington
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional. They were dealing with a brand new system, but still provided exceptional service. They even escorted us to the room to make sure we could get in.

Not family friendly, over-priced, disappointing stay with listed accommodations were not available.

It was relatively clean and easy to check-in.

Cons:

The pool was indefintiely closed and was the primary reason for choosing the specific hotel. The booking also said it included a free breakfast and that was not the case, it was a $10 voucher at their expensive cafe where none of the meals were less than $10. This was a terrible option for a young family with an autistic toddler who loves to play in pools and has specific foods he likes that are always available at a typical hotel continental breakfast.

I expected more but got way less

The property was nice were it’s located.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t nice the room when we got in the toilet paper holder was broken and it was like someone staged it to break when we grabbed the TP. There was no hand soap in the room. Also were they never freshened our room while we stayed there.
