Check-in, the clerk ask for my ID, instead of verifying, he input my entire driver license info into the computer, I am not comfortable with that, especially wat is going on in todays world.

FINALLY got to stay here after I know it had been upgraded recently.
Pros:

Finally got to stay here! Staff was friendly and inviting. Room was nice and big! Like the fridge and microwave and coffee maker being in a cabinet and not just next to the sink. View frok our room was nice as it faced the river.

Cons:

Maybe not a big deal to most and I should have looked at the info better but sure would like the nicer more expensive motels such as this one to offer a free hot breakfast. Not have to buy but free w your stay.

Cons:

The pool was not working and nowhere was. It indicated that there was no pool in service and that is why we had booked this place so the kids could go swimming. I did let the front desk know.

The hotel was perfect in every way. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed out three nights at the Courtyard by Marriott in Farmington, NM.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming upon arrival or during our stay. At checkout we shared a concern about a continuous beeping from a smoke detector signaling it needed a new battery. The front desk staff didn't act concerned AT ALL!!! This is a MAJOR safety issue and should be addressed ASAP. She acted unconcerned and didn't call or act as if she would have maintenance staff look into it.

Pros:

The 1st thing was one of the elevators was not working. We went out to an event got back about 2 o’clock in the morning. No one was answering. the door & key would not work. We had to practically beg somebody that was sitting in the lobby to open the door,pool hours are awful. You should have them later. You have check in at three. Also the maid came to our room knocked on the door at 9 AM and tried to open it. yelling housekeeping woke us up like I said we came in late. The beds were not comfortable at all. They were sunken in. Been used too much need to be replaced.
