Good for stop over location. Modern rooms
Pros:

Relatively clean, tidy and modern room, free parking was a bonus. Great location for a stop over with Denny’s next door.

Cons:

It did seem mostly clean, however I noticed hair on floor in the bathroom which was a turn off. Also, there was some loud yelling and yahooing later at night in the carpark/street, as well as an undesirable person rummaging through the trash can at the front door, which was unpleasant.

Clean warm pool

Stayed last month was changed $145
Needed somewhere to go due to flooding price was now $219.
Got a room with a balcony. Manager came to room and stated he was going to charge a $250 smoking fee because of smoking on the balcony. Apparently the only smoking area is on the patio in the back of hotel. Which is fine, but any type of sign would be nice to have posted. NO WHERE in the building or in the room does it state no smoking no less no smoking on the balcony. While I do understand policies, posting them, or mentioning something at check would be cool before beating on a door to be rude and charging the fee which makes no since as they do not have to do anything to the room since it was outside...

Pros:

The bar , bistro (great selection and taste), hot tub, staff (friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and rooms were fantastic (clean, great view of the river, large with all necessary accommodations), and super affordable.

Cons:

The elevator was not working very well for a few days, once it was operating correctly again it was still making strange noises, i was a little worried about getting stuck.

Best hotel in Farmington
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional. They were dealing with a brand new system, but still provided exceptional service. They even escorted us to the room to make sure we could get in.

Not family friendly, over-priced, disappointing stay with listed accommodations were not available.
Pros:

It was relatively clean and easy to check-in.

Cons:

The pool was indefintiely closed and was the primary reason for choosing the specific hotel. The booking also said it included a free breakfast and that was not the case, it was a $10 voucher at their expensive cafe where none of the meals were less than $10. This was a terrible option for a young family with an autistic toddler who loves to play in pools and has specific foods he likes that are always available at a typical hotel continental breakfast.
