Die besten Jahre dieses Hotels sind vorbei
Pros:

Vorab: Wir hätten bei dem Preis mehr erwartet!
Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Blick zum Maschsee, sollte man sich gönnen, denn zur anderen Seite hätte man eine stärker befahrene Straße. Unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock, das war angenehm hell. Die Zimmergröße ist sehr gut, man hat für alles Platz. Nett und modern eingerichtet, typisches Tagungshaus. Sehr bequemes Bett. Ruhig, man konnte gut schlafen. Die Minibar war eingeschaltet und leer, da muss man sich im Erdgeschoss die Getränke selber holen, die man haben möchte, das fanden wir aber sehr gut. Ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen war auch im Schrank, überhaupt viel Platz für alles. Fenster ging nur zu kippen, immerhin.
Wir könnten uns maximal vorstellen, hier wieder zu übernachten, wenn der Preis niedriger ist, ansonsten passt Preis-Leistung nicht.

Cons:

Parken ist nicht schön, da gibt es einen abgegrenzten, aber selbstverständlich zu bezahlenden Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite, zwar hübsch unter Bäumen gelegen, aber die Vögel haben in einer Nacht ganze Arbeit geleistet 😉.
Ganz übel: Wenn man den Wasserhahn am Waschbecken aufdrehte, dann stank es sehr nach Fäkalien, es lag aber nicht am Wasser selbst, sondern am Abfluss, der wohl nicht sauber war, haben den Stöpsel lieber nicht herausgezogen…Das Bad ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen, aber wenigstens funktionierte alles.
Das Hotel könnte eine Grundsanierung brauchen, es ist nicht in bestem Zustand, auch der Außenbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Kein schöner Frühstücksraum, abgestoßenes Mobiliar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar sehr umfangreich, aber qualitativ einfach und auch sehr lieblos präsentiert, lauter gefüllte Näpfe kreuz und quer aneinandergestellt. Schrecklicher Cappuccino.
Gleichgültiges Personal, vor allem am Empfang, außer einer Bedienung im Frühstücksraum, die sehr freundlich war. Schon bezeichnend, wenn beim Auschecken nicht mal gefragt wird, ob alles in Ordnung war….

فندق يطل على البحيره
Pros:

الاطلاله على البحيره وبالقرب من الحديقة ويوجد موقف للسيارة ويبعد عن السنتر 5 دقائق بالسياره و20 دقيقة مشي ويوجد خدمة تأجير دراجة هوائية.

Sehr gute und - trotz des angrenzenden Fußballstadions - relativ ruhige Lage am Maschsee. Zur Innenstadt ist es nicht weit, das sehr sehenswerte Sprengelmuseum ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war angenehm geräumig, das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gutes Frühstück, nahe Parkmöglichkeiten.
