Für mich das beste Hotel in Hannover - bin am Maschsee bin ich aufgewachsen
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Maschsee, nettes Personal

Cons:

Bei der kürzlichen Renovierung wäre mir ein Parkettboden optisch und hygienisch lieber gewesen als ein Teppichboden mit großen Mustern.
Ich habe gerade für ein Zimmer in HH, ruhige Stadtlage Nähe Oper, 5 Sterne Design Hotel , tolles Restaurant und Bar, Schwimmbad Sauna etc den gleichen Preis pro Nacht gezahlt. Insofern ist es im Vergleich hochpreisig.

Schöne Unterkunft und freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Lage direkt am Sprengel-Museum, Buslinie in die Innenstadt in der Nähe.

Cons:

Zimmer sind nicht so groß, Teppichboden im Zimmer. Frühstück zu teuer.

Perfekt für einen Konzertbesuch
Pros:

Netter Empfang, schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf das Stadion. Abends wurde telefonisch nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist mit dem Zimmer, und ob ein Tisch im Restaurant reserviert werden soll. Das Restaurant ist schon mittags geöffnet, so konnten wir schon weit vor unserem geplanten Konzertbesuch essen. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant empfanden wir etwas ungemütlich, der Service und das Essen waren sehr gut . Leider schließt die Bar bereits um 23.00h, so konnten wir nach dem Konzert nur noch ein Bier bestellen. Im Hotel selber gibt es jedoch eine größere Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks, die man auch in der schönen und gemütlichen Hotelhalle zu sich nehmen kann. Parken 13€ gegenüber reduziert für Hotelgäste, das Frühstück für 27€ pro Person haben wir nicht getestet.
Zur Swiss Life Hall nur ca 10 min zu Fuß.

Cons:

Das Restaurant könnte wärmer und gemütlicher sein.

Customer Experience und Preis stehen in meinem Fall in keinem Verhältnis, das kann Motel One besser ;)

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

-20min CheckIn-Zeit bei Ankunft um 00:30 Uhr.
-Umständliches LogIn ins Internet.
- Irreführende Kommunikation: auf meine Frage ob es eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer gibt: Nein, muss gekauft werden. Ich kaufe eine Flasche,
Komme aufs Zimmer, dann steht dort eine Tetrapack Wasser.
- habe über Booking im voraus bezahlt. An der Rezeption werden mit dennoch 245€ für die Nacht als Sichereheit abgebucht (nicht reserviert- abgebucht!)
