They didn't have free breakfast
Easy access, clean, great staff, great places to hang out a talk, bar is nice
Nothing really. A small breakfast area would be nice. Bagels, fruit, yogurt with fixings for quick o
Very convenient for a funeral I attended.
Noise on the 4th floor but ended at 9-10pm
No breakfast! Location was convenient for our needs.
Bathroom sink space extremely limited. Bathtub is very slippery and dangerous for elderly.
Ok
The bed is to soft and the pillow is to soft
Comfortable beds with amazing pillows that I will be buying off the Marriott.com website. The staff is amazing! very friendly. the hotel has a very nice spa- like smell. there is a bar and restaurant downstairs. it closes at 10:00 pm so we didn't get a chance to enjoy these amenities but the bar looked well stocked and the food prices looked reasonable. Great stay! the walls are A little thin and you can hear noise from the halls but other than that, it was nice
thin walls, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. could have used a few more towels.
Upon arrival, we discovered no phone in the room to call the front desk, no remote for the television, and a broken deadbolt. I requested a new remote. They gave me one that did not work. I requested a phone and was told that they were changing systems. I requested a new room with a safe deadbolt. I was declined. I left.
Rough sheets...felt itchy all night...lots of deferred maintenance....dirty throughout room in bathroom and corners of room.
Insult to injury is that you pay to park in a parking lot. 1/2 empty flat lot outside of hotel. Not valet, not parking garage, not covered.. just an open lot
As is common in the post Covid world they do not clean your room every day, but you would think they would at least empty the trash.
good
Overall it was ok, didn’t like that we could hear all of the noise in the lobby on the 2nd floor with the open railing looking down to the lobby across the hall from us. Also didn’t like that we had no control of the AC. I was so cold but unable to adjust anything. No ventilation in the bathrooms or fan. The carpet smelled pretty musty in the room as well. The bed was comfy but the pillows to hard and not enough blankets on the bed.
Sadly, this is a Courtyard that has seen better days. And in desperate need of being updated. From the facade, thru the lobby and common areas and especially the guest rooms.
Typical older Courtyard guestroom layout, and just a bit tight. Sleeping area was OK, mattress comfortable, desk workable. The bathroom was in a sorry state - old and missing caulking, wall mount shelves pulling away from the wall, older fixtures. Nothing to really complain about, heard from other guests with the same issues.
Small fitness center, again limited and older equipment.
And here is a new one - No phone in the room. Now I get it - EVERYONE has a smartphone. Can't even remember the last time I used a room phone. But do know it was to call down to the front desk. I am OK with no more alarm clocks (somebody ALWAYS forgets to cancel their alarm). But still think you need a phone.
Last - small cafe in the lobby. With just way too expensive and limited choices for breakfast. $12.00 for a bagel and orange juice. Think Marriott really needs to rethink the whole Courtyard model.
Credit to the staff - very friendly and helpful.
Property was not up to date paint was chipping, rule grout dirty and caulking coming off. Not telephone in room
This hotel was excellent while we were here for the Junior Olympics. Hotel was super clean and staff was so nice when we needed to add one night which I wasn’t able to do through Hotels.com.
