Very nice stay, great location and value for dollar!!!
Pros:

accommodated a room switch because there was no bathtub. Nice size room, comfortable beds. Pillows were a little small so not as comfortable as could have been. Staff was awesome. Pool was kept warm and clean. Room was clean.

Cons:

People making noise above us and across from us on Saturday night but they moved us from 9th to 7th floor because there was no tub on the 9th floor room. Would prefer to be able to request microwave on booking instead of waiting until arrival.

Pros:

It was a spacious room, with the basic necessities and plenty of towels. Overall, it was very suitable for our needs.

Cons:

The hotel was fine, but the weather wasn't what I expected for the date of my stay, which isn't the hotel's responsibility.

The location was excellent for us because the falls is just few minutes' walk and so many restaurants nearby too.

Cons:

Wasnt even booked for 60 seconds with a misleading ad that said "Fallsview" in the title, just to learn that after calling to confirm they are "definately not a fallsview" hotel. Better service would be nice instead of money grabbers.

Great location and walking distance to everything! So clean!
Pros:

The junior presidential suite was spacious and had a nice soaking tub with jets. It was very clean which is the biggest thing for me! Room was modern and in good shape.

Cons:

One of the elevators is not working
You can hear everything in the hall way
I didn’t think the bed was very comfortable
