Great hotel and near everything.
Pros:

Last week we stayed in Niagara Falls CA to attend a concert in Lewiston NY across the border as it was the closest place to stay. Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls is where we stayed for the price point. Every time I am in a new city or even if I am not, I seek out the Marriot properties, so I know what I am getting into. This location is situated right in the falls on Victoria Ave and in the middle of everything. Travelling up here on July 11th we were thrust right into the midst of it. The traffic is tough this time of year, especially at night. Niagara Falls has been a tourist trap since at least the 1970s as I have family in Western NY, so it was always the case. We checked into the busy lobby and got an up grade to a Suite. Just so you are aware it costs 25 dollars to park. I am not sure if the lot is run by a different company or not because most Marriott properties you don’t pay to park. The parking lot has enough spaces behind the hotel.

It was quiet enough which is usually my biggest concern anywhere I stay. The room was very clean, and it looks as if extra effort to make sure everything was in stock in the microwave/ refrigerator area. The bathroom was very nice with the normal amenities. The TV was working well and no problem with the Marriot WiFi. We didn’t use the pool, exercise area, or use the breakfast services as we were leaving the next day. My only regret is that we couldn’t have spent a little more time in the hotel.

I was impressed with staff they were attentive to everything. Just a side note this is a busy area with people all over the streets. Niagara Falls has chanced immensely so give yourselves time to do things. This is a nice facility and consider it if you need a place to stay and are in the area.

Cons:

Our first room the TV did not work and there were pretzel crumbs on the end table. Went down to check in and they apologized and gave us a new room.
