Pros:

Our family has been staying at this hotel for our past 2 family trips to Niagara, and has not disappointed us yet. The rooms have been clean, we love the outdoor and indoor pools, and walkable location. Staff were mostly friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

We were overcharged for our stay - spoke with the manager who stated it was the fault of the 3rd party booking (booking.com), and I had to contact the 3rd party to resolve the issue. It took alot of time to clear up the overcharge and I would have preferred if the hotel could have been helpful in resolving this issue.

Overall good stay for what we needed with great rooms and location.
Pros:

Beds, room and. Good location to activities around the falls.

Cons:

One of the elevators was broken and although they opened up the staff elevators to use was inconvenient and one of the female staff at front counter was a bit rude.

Personal muy amable. Atentos y lo que les solicitamos nos ayudaron en todo momento. Las piscinas estaban fenomenal.
La ubicación está a 15 min andando de la cataratas.

Cons:

El sofá cama que tuvimos que usar era incómodo.

Moderner ,… wir haben offensichtlich ein renoviertes Zimmer bekommen.
Indoor und Outdoor Pool sehr schön
Auch Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung.

Vol cauchemar et insécurité totale
Si vous cherchez un endroit pour gâcher votre séjour et vous faire dépouiller.
Nous y avons passé deux nuits, Durant notre séjour, notre voiture a été cassée et TOUTES nos affaires ont été volées.
Ce qui est le plus scandaleux, ce n'est pas seulement le vol, c'est l'attitude du personnel et de la direction. Aucune prise de responsabilité, une sécurité totalement inexistante et un déni complet de la situation. On se demande même à quel point la sécurité est négligée.
Le parking n'est absolument pas surveillé malgré les caméras
-Service client Inexistant face à un drame. On vous laisse vous débrouiller seuls après vous être fait tout voler.
*-Tranquillité d'esprit Nulle. Vous dormirez avec l'angoisse d'être la prochaine victime.
Fuyez cet hôtel. Ne commettez pas la même erreur que nous. Il y a tellement d'endroits où votre sécurité et vos biens seront respectés. Ici, vous ne trouverez que du mépris et des problèmes.

Pros:

Location. 24 hrs gym with cardio and weights available. Laundry. Breakfast at the Keg was great and fairly priced. Plenty of free parking. Staff was great.

I would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Everything was very nice. Everything was centrally located. You can walk to just about everything..

Cons:

The food at the keg was delicious dinner and breakfast. Only complaint is that the restaurant inside didn’t have bathrooms had to go to the lobby
