The staff very helpful, I have to upgrade my room on the day we arrive no hiccups and very satisfied with the room.

We were on the six floor and it was more modern than the pictures. The beds and the room were clean and staff has accomodated us with a room that was far from elevators!

Very nice stay, great location and value for dollar!!!
Pros:

accommodated a room switch because there was no bathtub. Nice size room, comfortable beds. Pillows were a little small so not as comfortable as could have been. Staff was awesome. Pool was kept warm and clean. Room was clean.

Cons:

People making noise above us and across from us on Saturday night but they moved us from 9th to 7th floor because there was no tub on the 9th floor room. Would prefer to be able to request microwave on booking instead of waiting until arrival.
