Room size
There was garbage on our patio and the pool was closed. That is the only reason we stayed so was very disappointed
Our hotel experience was horrible. I reserved this hotel in February and when we arrived, our room was not big enough for our reservation number. Our two children, ages 9 and 11, had to share a single bed which was not in the description of the reservation. The hotel was under construction and many of the construction areas were left unattended and open for anyone to walk into. There were no towels available for a majority of our stay. We were told the washer broke, etc. it was horrible. No housekeeping was done although we were asked if we wanted it since our stay was for 4 nights. Very disappointed and misled.
Lobby was clean. King bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Room temperature was nice, when we worked the controls.
$16.00 for a fruit cup and 2 cups of coffee? Thought breakfast was included, but not the case. Card scanners did not work to unlock room doors. Toilet had been used (and left dirty) before we got to the room. Poor lighting in the King suite. Room was way too hot when we arrived. Difficult to park close to the room due to construction. No coffee table in sofa area. Need better furniture.
Nice staff and stay.
Great!
Wax quite
I'm glad that there was a pull out couch available!
There should've been more lamps.
Close to the highway. Had a nice pool and clean rooms. Liked the restraint & bar on site & Starbucks!!
The price was good for the location to shopping, restaurants, and MSU. There was also a bistro type place on site that served breakfast, lunch, sold Starbucks, and basics alcoholic beverages. Staff were very nice and friendly.
Airconditioner thermostat wasn't working. I had to keep turning the temperature down because the A/C wouldn't stay on.
The people who work at the hotel are very awesome and I would like to give a shout out to Derrick in the café who made me a yogurt parfait despite being out of them. Front desk people were awesome. The only thing that was hard was that for someone like me with a meniscus issue going on in her knee my options were to take the elevator at one of the hotel and walk all the way around to my room or climb the small flight of stairs, which I did, but it was a very slow moving process. Hotel was also under construction as well and I’m glad they are doing renovations because the hallways are very out of date and the carpet is in very bad condition in the hallways. My room was nice. However, the light from the courtyard came through the curtains. Also, the bathroom light was attached to the fan, so I usually keep that on so that I have an easy time getting to the bathroom. It would’ve been nice if the fan could’ve been shut off because it was very noisy at night.
The room had a terrible smell. After checking in I had to park behind the building. I wasn't able to check in until late, and as a female I didn't feel safe.
It was just an overnight stay so I just dealt with it.
Stained bathtub was lethally slippery. The grab bar was installed on the wrong side so that you had to get in or out right under the shower head if you used it. Construction going on so things were noisy and messy. But customer service was good.
Room was nice and clean. Very easy check out
Next to prometric center, waking distance.
