Pros:

I like the ease of checking in. The room seemed clean for the most part.

Cons:

There were gaps around the door, there was a door leading to a patio thats was right next to other rooms, not a lot of privacy if we wanted to leave the curtains open. The room was very muggy, it was uncomfortable to sleep under all the blankets. The bed itself was comfortable.

Is it a book but the room was very well poor maintained
Pros:

It was easy to book and get to the location.

Cons:

There was hair between the sheets of the bed. There was a weird white substance on the couch the bathroom, walk-in shower on the floor look really dirty. I had to put a towel down the step in, and then there was mold on the inside of the wall in the shower. And right by the bed there’s like a little lamp had dust all over it and it’s right there by the pillow.

Not a good experience. Short staffed, nothing works.
Pros:

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Cons:

Key cards not working I had to be walked to my room every time I left. No staff available, front desk staff not friendly. No large towels in room, no trash can, phone didn’t work. Told me I hadn’t paid when I paid through booking.com.

I usually have no problems with this chain of hotels but I will not be staying in the Lansing hotel
Pros:

the door key system was down and i was told that right away staff great.

Cons:

1st room tv didn't work and they couldn't get it to work
2nd room the heater was not working correctly room didn't warm up and was very loud by the time got into this room it was late and wasn't going to ask again to change rooms. the shower was not clean and had dirt and shampoo on the floor poor lighting in the room no clocks and the outside lighting was not all working
