The convenient location was a plus, but the lack of upkeep and added fees made the overall experience disappointing.
Pros:

The location was the best part of the stay. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the freeways and is close to plenty of restaurants, which made getting around convenient.

Cons:

The property did not feel well maintained. The carpets were filthy, the exterior landscaping looked neglected, and the hallways had an unpleasant odor. I was also disappointed that no breakfast was offered. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and there was an extra fee to check in one hour earlier at 3:00 p.m., which felt unnecessary.

We accidentally booked wrong dates in Flamingo and needed an extra night. This hotel was perfect for that.
Pros:

Location is great! Not too far from major strip or Fremont.

Lovely Place
Pros:

It was clean, well maintained, and staff was friendly. There was also a pleasant scent in the lobby that I really liked, I have no idea what it was though and forgot to ask.

Cons:

Just a few loose outlets, my charger came out pretty easy.
