stay was nice and quite

Cons:

The carpets in all the rooms I have stayed in are really nasty and stained everywhere as if the are not professionaly cleaned. It kind of grossed me out.

Our room that was pre-paid in full was given away

When we checked in they didnt have the suite we had booked and paid for. We got put into a smaller room that smelt like an old cabin. Rm 208. We couldnt unpack due to them saying they would put is in the suite we paid for the next day after people checked out. Also stated to come at 745 am on day of check out so manager can give us back 15% off our total stay. And when we did he said booking had to do it

After changing rooms we had no service in the 3 days we stayed. Had to ask for more towels.
Pros:

Huge lobby, but didn't see anyone using it.

Cons:

When we checked into out room there were dirty towels on the floor. There was a huge yellow and red stain on the carpet near the bed. It was gross. The hand towels had stains on them. We changed rooms. The rooms on the freeway side is very noisy. The windows are not noise reduction. Had to use ear plugs.

Bed was high and hard to get into but comfortable. Comforter was white with stains on it. The location was why I booked
