Friendly staff and very clean
There was nothing wrong
Young lady at the front desk was nice.
Dirty stained towels. Dingy towels. Ice machines inoperable. Cigarette burns in the old carpet. Pool closes very early. The hotel in general needs to be upgraded. Though I personally love curries. The first floor smelled of curry for our entire stay.
Area .The staff was very helpful and friendly..This is a great hotel if your traveling with pets.Very pet friendly.outside there is walking area for pets and they provide free poop bags.Rooms are decent with comfortable beds.Nice selection of places to eat around the hotel area.
I have nothing negative to say about this place.I will recommend to anyone.

The location was great.
The staff tried to be helpful, but had no clue what rooms were available. I had to wait nearly 45 min for her to get information & assign me a room. Mind you I was the only person in line. Extremely disorganized. When I got inside the room, the television didn’t work. I looked to see if it was unplugged & found a diaper behind the dresser. I returned to check in, asked for another room. The entire process of waiting restarted again. Horrible experience.

I just wished that carpet inside room was cleaned. In our room 112 the room carpet was extremely stained and dirty.
