Staff was great

Cons:

Was told at booking that parking was Van accessible and at checkin that was not the case and was charged $70 per night which was not part of the plan. I had other options; took a long time for water to get hot

Pros:

Very easy: check-in/out, parking access (you can park on the same level as your room), Internet access (no password, good speed). People on reception were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast (very limited and expensive), carpet in the room leaves dirty stains on bare feet. No tea in the room.

Practical choice in Old Pasadena
Pros:

Great location in Old Pasadena. Courtyard pool and pleasant small garden. Large lobby lounge and cafe. Decor is plain and the building shows its age, but who stays indoors in Pasadena?

Good but FYI parking and breakfast are an extra charge
Pros:

Nice location, regular hotel. Only bad thing is you have to pay for breakfast AND parking per day, or you have to park on the street. If you’re paying that much for a hotel room those should be included.
