Lovely
Pros:

Everyone was exceptionally helpful. The room was great for our limitations with gait.

Cons:

Not sure you could add more accessible handicapped parking. Spaces are tight

Great staff/horrible mattress
Pros:

The staff was great and helpful. They even let me do a super late check in.

Cons:

The AC didn't get cold just stayed cool. So the room wasnt cold at all. The bed also sits extremely low to the ground. The mattress as well is thin it felt more like I was sleeping on a bed of rocks then a comfortable mattress. I also wasnt a huge fan of the shower as the head of the shower is situated low not the best for a 6ft man. I also had to stand in a tub filling with water as the drain to the tub wasnt draining the water.

Very clean room. Staff is super friendly. Very quiet area. Close to shopping, dining and the freeway.
