Fked up by Booking.com and not an accurate reprensentation the Marriott I've known over the years.
Pros:

The twin queens' beds mattresses both were weak on support, sunken in the middle of both beds made sleeping difficult.
The Bothrops TUB step over shower was too high for a handicap person which i requested through BOOKING>com. The shower had no water pressure to fully rinse off any soap.
The food ordered in the Bistro way microwave prepared better at a junk place like Berger king.

Cons:

Better Mattress, the drawer fronts were either falling off or thew handles just not screwed into proper holding position.. reported to front desk, no action taken, we checked out early. just could not stya another night. Booking .com said a refund was to be rewarded, the sum of the hotel that was listed in the Bonvoy app was $60 less that the Booking,com listing.
I expect a full refund asap.

Disappointing
Pros:

Disappointing for a Courtyard Marriott - it is a bit tattered and dank. From a distance, it looks good but close up you can see that it needs refreshing. There was a wedding group there and on the Saturday night it was LOUD. I had to call the front desk at 2 am to come and ask people to be quiet. The front desk staff were nice but the real star was the man who worked the Bistro. Sadly, I didn't get his name. We got food from there to go one of the evenings and while the menu is limited - the food was very good (we got meatballs and quesadilla) but his level of service was extraordinary. Not sure I'd pay the price to stay there again.

Winderful
Pros:

From the front desk to our room, we encountered 3 different employees. One pressed the elevator. Another was walking by in our floor and greeted us and a maid went out of her way to say hello and have a great day.

Disappointing
Pros:

The positives for me were the staff and the location. Everything else was disappointing and not up to standard. The bathroom was not clean. Furniture was broken. There was no microwave in my room, and the WiFi was a nightmare.

Pros:

Comfortable bed nice shower! It was clean and TV was a great size for room

Cons:

Nobody at the counter for coffee before I left. I really was looking forward to some Starbucks. Had coffee in the room.

The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff person was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Checkout was less than I expect from Marriott. We checked out relatively early - just before 7AM. The front desk staff member did not ask how our stay was and if there was anything we needed. Also, coffee wasn't completely set up - no creamer, only 1 carafe of coffee(not labeled eg regular or decaf). No coffee lids. It seems as though the "little things" that make a guest return weren't consistently present.
