Pros:

Comfortable bed nice shower! It was clean and TV was a great size for room

Cons:

Nobody at the counter for coffee before I left. I really was looking forward to some Starbucks. Had coffee in the room.

The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff person was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Checkout was less than I expect from Marriott. We checked out relatively early - just before 7AM. The front desk staff member did not ask how our stay was and if there was anything we needed. Also, coffee wasn't completely set up - no creamer, only 1 carafe of coffee(not labeled eg regular or decaf). No coffee lids. It seems as though the "little things" that make a guest return weren't consistently present.

The room was unfortunately not cleaned property. It looked ok at a glance but as time went by we kept “discovering” things such a mysterious carpet stain (dry), water in the coffee machine (unusable), hair stuck by the sink faucet and (I hope) beard hair on the shower

Off the beaten path but within five miles of every food place you could need.
Mostly business people there for the races at nhms when I was there. I was there for the races as well.
I’ll stay there again

Could not be more dissatisfied with this hotel, which is unfortunate because I’m a lifelong Marriott customer. Unpleasant front desk staff when I had an issue, and management would not work with me toward any type of refund when I did not stay there either night. Booked the wrong hotel by mistake and honestly would not have stayed there otherwise; outdated and very poorly renovated, dark and dreary hotel.

Incredible service and amazing hotel. There were so many amenities and activities. I had an amazing time with family and friends. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was great.
