Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Room smell clean. Location was near the event we were there for.

Cons:

Dusty behind the night stand and headboard, the pull out bed didnt have any bed sheets, there was something that happened in our room which was brought to front desk's attention. My reservation was to be paid at property but i was charged before i arrived. After my stay, bookings.com sent an email stating they were informed i didnt complete my stay.

I would not recommend staying here and I wouldn't stay here again
Pros:

Overall the staff was pleasant and the room size was adequate for our family of four.

Cons:

My biggest complaint would be that the website states that upgrades have been made...I'm not sure when they were made, the elevator sounded like it was going to breakdown EVERY time we got on it and the lobby area looked like it was still going through upgrades. The parking was less than adequate, both nights I had to figure out a parking solution. One night I even spoke with the clerk because I was asked to park in an area that would have put my vehicle at risk of being hit, but I couldn't get assurance that they would cover my vehicle in the event that happened.

Good, clean place to stay the night
Pros:

Conveniently located, friendly staff, fair price.

Cons:

The place felt a bit like its glory days were behind us, in many shades of beige. During our stay, it predominantly seemed to serve as a blue collar place to stay. Nothing wrong with blue collar (I am one myself), but don't expect any opulence .

Overall it was a positive experience.
Pros:

I liked how comfortable the beds were. I loved the balcony in our second room! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating; needed a higher toilet & more accessibility.

Cons:

Mom said the front desk clerk had misquoted the rate. She also provided the incorrect times for complimentary breakfast. Also a man came out of the kitchen to warn us that he’d be packing up breakfast over a half an hour prior to the end of breakfast.

Convenient location to our conference and was nice to see improvements being made during our stay.
Pros:

Having free and easy to access WiFI was a great feature of the stay.
Beds were comfortable. The room was clean and had many amenities that made our short stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

The beds were a bit high and challenging to get into from the floor for someone who is shorter.
The refrigerator in my room has a very funny smell in it, so glad I did not have anything else other than beverages to store in the fridge during my stay.
