Pros:

It was clean. Our room was well set up. Breakfast available. Pool seemed clean…I don’t swim at all anywhere…but it looked good. There were obvious signs of upgrades. I’d stay here again.

Will stay somewhere else next trip.
Cons:

Noise from plumbing toilet flapper leak, or another plumbing issue in a nearby unit or main supply line occurred about every 3-5 minutes ALL NIGHT LONG! Then the breakfast is pretty lame, not at all what I expected from a class hotel. White bread, no donuts, bear claws etc , just bread. Maybe eggs and sausage that isn’t the same stuff I can get at ANY of your competitors, you guys must buy everything from the same jobber.

Room was nice with balcony I loved having view of dog park area three rabbits came out at night and played around

Pros:

Price. Facilities looked fine. Didn't spend much time there.

Cons:

Sofa bed I n room had a really bad mattress, no sheets or blanket. Breakfast was okay.
