The hotel and facilities were clean.
I booked online and paid for everything. I notified the hotel that I would arrive late. When I was there for check in, I had to wait 10 minutes just to task to someone. I didn't get the rooms I booked. I got 2 rooms - 1 with 2 queens and 1 with King and sofa. They said they were sold out and had 2 king rooms. They gave me an upgrade with both rooms with a balcony. Who cares? I didn't want a balcony. I needed 3 beds. Then the room keys didn't work. I had to go down 2 separate times to get the keys to work. One time I waited 10 minutes again because no one was at the front desk. The whole check in process was annoying, enough for me to never stay here again.
