There was no breakfast
It is an old worn down property.
Front desk staff was efficient. Close to eatery and shops. Room was nicely decorated.
The bathroom needed some updates (peeling in the tub).

While a good value for a budget traveler, be prepared for an old hotel, including an old and visibly lumpy bed.

The hotel was an older property. It has a caring and friendly staff that take care of it. Our TV (small for room) did not work and we were offered a different room. Some of the wallpaper in the bathroom had been patched and the tub was on the small side. The hotel is next to an interstate and had road noise throughout our stay. Hospital is nearby as well.
The staff were everything you would want from hosts! The woman at the front desk who checked me in was extremely kind and helpful and even recommended local food. We had an early check out (3am) and the gentleman working the front desk was kind enough to help us with our bags and fill my breast milk cooler with ice from the bar so we didn't have to walk to the second floor. The first floor ice machine was out of order.
We stayed on the first floor and I'm not sure if it was due to being so close to the pool, but the entire floor was extremely humid. Humid to the point where the carpet in our room felt damp.... Also there was an unpleasant odor in the room coming from said carpets. They clearly needed to be cleaned because the bottom edge of the curtains that rested on the carpet was stained an orangey brown.
