Chef's Kiss: Beds & Pillows
Pros:

We stopped at the Courtyard in Rocky Mount, NC on our way to see family. While our stay here was very brief (overnight), I wanted to share that: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (thank you all), the hotel & our rooms were very clean.

The best part of our stay were the beds/pillows in our rooms-- they were the absolute BEST beds and pillows at any hotel we've ever stayed at!! We had a great night sleep so we were very well rested for our continuing road trip the next day!! THANK YOU!!

Pros:

Staff were awesome, friendly and courteous. Great crew!!

Cons:

The bed was terrible, lumpy and uncomfortable. The drain in the tub was all rusty, The carpet on the 3rd floor hallway was stained and worn. Surprised for a Marriott.

Old. Lack of house keeping and management.
Pros:

The receptionists were the only good thing about this hotel. Really nice ladies and men.

Cons:

House keeping and services is a joke! I had to change rooms 3 times!! Cause the room was disgusting, not cleaned from the previous stay, it’s so old renovate the building we are not in 2008!
