The staff at check-in was great. It was quick and uneventful.

Cons:

The whole reason I stayed here was for the breakfast which was not available due to a shortage of staff and ownership change. Furthermore, I was told that it would have been a continental breakfast but when I booked, it stated "breakfast" not "continental". Also, the room I booked stated a water view but what they should have said was: "a pond view". I was expecting a Bay view because it was near SFO but that was virtually impossible due to the hotel only being 4 floors, and surrounded by tall buildings. Deceptive wording all around.
