Pros:

Location was perfect for us, the front desk staff was very friendly, the place was modern and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment -- we booked with the breakfast option, we received the voucher but there really wasn't much to the breakfast. Had we known, we would have just gone elsewhere for breakfast.

A Saving Grace after I had to cancel another hotel stay due to health and safety concerns <3
Pros:

I had booked a reservation at another hotel a few blocks away. The other hotel was horror-movie-scary and I instantly NOPED right on out of there! It was late, the weekend of the super bowl and I needed a last minute hotel that wouldn't blow my work travel budget. Sonesta Saved the day! The hotel was clean and had many areas that were set up for hanging out, in a stylish setup. This wasn't a hotel where the layout makes you feel like you can only exist in your room. The common area was nice and had table top games, infused water and comfy seating arrangements. The staff was so friendly and anticipated my needs. I received a complimentary upgrade to a Suite!
The property is also located on a beautiful walking trail, next restaurants/shops. Perfect location

Cons:

I wish i could have extended my stay but I had a flight to catch.

Sonesta hotel review
Pros:

The room was nice and clean which is what I look for in a hotel. Also, the area the hotel was in is very nice and I enjoyed walking around at night by the water.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like was how we had a party of 3 but only had 2 towels in the hotel so we had to ask for more.

Very nice place to stay but make sure you get a lake view.
Pros:

The lobby was modern and plenty of room to sit and relax. Our room had a peaceful view balcony view of the quiet lake. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Thankfully we were able to upgrade because if we hadn’t and were on the opposite side of the hotel that faces the freeway, I think the noise from it would be enough to hear from the rooms.
