Great place for a San Francisco getaway.
Pros:

Front desk clerk was funny and efficient. Asked for an upper room and he worked it out. Room was grerat with nice view and small balconey.

Basic - fine if you need a clean place by the airport.

Close to airport. Clean.

Cons:

Room for four, but only three bath towels. Only had four hours to sleep between flights; got a call at 3 am from front desk saying there was complaint about noise from our room. Woke us all up. Front desk could have confirmed by walking by first.

I had to move rooms because the first room wasn't what I paid for then the second room the TV was me
Pros:

I didn't get my free breakfast and that was the reason why I chose this hotel but they didn't offer free breakfast on the weekends but they didn't put that on the app very misleading.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. There is a beautiful trail right outside, which was a great bonus.

Cons:

The breakfast is only enough if you’re fine with something light like a bagel and a drink. However, if you have a bigger appetite like my son, who kept saying ‘I’m still hungry,’ then the breakfast is quite poor. Also, there was a strong smell in the room when we entered—I’m not sure if it was air freshener or cleaning detergent, but it was quite noticeable and a bit overwhelming.

Great place for a quiet stay.
Pros:

Amazingly nice and helpful staff at checking and the shuttle. Super clean and quiet. In the middle of an office park with nothing anywhere nearby (on a weekend night). The only problem was loud banging noise at 4 AM.

Cons:

just the noise disruption. It was perfect for what I needed, but there is no way you could reach it without a car, and getting someplace to eat would not be at all easy, especially on the weekend.
