We like the property overall, especially the patio and trail along the bay.
The mattress in our room was very lumpy. The shower had a bit of mold. It is a roll in shower with the shower curtain raised high so a lot of water runs onto the floor and is a slippery hazard. In addition, we were disappointed with the restaurant.
Me gusto mucho la ubicación y que había aparcamiento para coches, por lo que si vas en coche esta muy bien y no tienes que pagar. La habitación estaba muy bien y es recomendable para familias
Que la cama extra tuvimos que hacer nosotros la cama. Si alguién no tiene coche es verdad que esta lejos del centro de San Francisco

Location to the airport
Mean, rude lady at the desk in the evening. Really made getting a shuttle from the airport to hotel much longer than necessary. Why make something so simple so difficult just because you can. Luckily the drive was kind!
I loved everything. Staff terrific. Location and water view wonderful. Did lots of walking daily with baby in stroller. Free shuttle to airport too!
We had two rooms but only one had balcony. We had expected two. Also I would recommend a self serve free coffee and hot water station for mornings in lobby. Waiting in line for a $6 coffee at very busy breakfast counter didn’t work. I know you have coffee in rooms but please consider suggestion.

Staff was great. Room was comfortable. Airport shuttles are convenient and leave often. Grounds are pleasant and well maintained. I spent a decent amount of time working in the lobby area and enjoyed that, there are seats and plugs and coffee there.
Water in the room had a saltwater funk, so I had to go downstairs to get filtered water. I ended up keeping the door closed to the bathroom to keep the smell down. Wi-Fi was too slow for video meetings. I had to rely on my cell phone 5G for any meetings. One morning the water was not hot. The website said there is no gym, but I found one after I had checked out. I would have liked more communication about amenities and hours for the restaurant, etc.

Location is good. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean.
