Comfortable, fair in price, clean.

Cons:

Twice that I contacted Booking.com you indicated to me that there was a continental breakfast. You also had this on the information I printed by booking.com. Yet , in the morning there was no free breakfast of any kind included. I felt that this was false advertising by booking.com and I felt cheated. We like The Marriott chain but you have taught me that I need to work directly with the hotel, and not trust Booking.com.

Cons:

I reserved a room for 3 adults and 1 child and was supposed to get 2 beds and a couch. At least, that's what the picture of the room showed. I got a room with one bed and a fold out bed. I may have slept 2 hours and was in pain the whole night. I won't be back!

Staff don’t receive their tips
Pros:

While waiting for a drink last month, I overheard two employees (bistro/bartenders) confirming with each other that they’re not getting their tips in their paychecks. I travel to Springfield, MO quarterly and will now stay at another Marriott/Bonvoy property. Also, this past trip, I stayed Monday through Friday and never had my room cleaned or towels refreshed. However, I still rated this hotel 4 stars because staff was friendly and I felt safe as a solo female business traveler.

Pros:

The staff was friendly And professional. Easy access, a quick shuttle to the airport, clean, comfortable, great hot water for bath, had a nice pool and exercise room. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to the airport

Cons:

Although the room had been paid for in advance I had to give the desk clerk my CC number for "incidentals." After arriving home from my vacation I found that my card had been charged $56.21 for absolutely nothing. I'm disputing the charge with the CC company.
