Pros:

Staff was wonderful.. They had a hard time finding my reservation, but worked quickly time get it fixed and me in a room. Arron and Liz did a great job. That i didn't have to leave properly ti grab dinner was very nice too.

Excellent staff and facilities.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and pleasant to work with. The facility was clean, modern, and seemed well maintained. The A/C in the room was excellent.

Cons:

The beds were a little firm for my preference. The lack of any kind of complimentary breakfast was a negative to me. I haven't traveled in a while, but the last time I did it was normal for hotels to offer at least a small breakfast offering each day to their guests. The cost of the breakfast options at the cafe were insane. I paid less to eat at the airport which should tell you something.

Lack of rooms
Pros:

Had an issue on a previous visit when room not available on arrival late evening and then we were charged on our card despite having a pre-paid reservation through a travel agent. A chargeback was done via the card company. This visit on arrival again late evening we were advised that our two rooms were not available and we were offered a larger room with sitting room and two beds. We were told the cost of one room would be refunded and we would only be charged the price of one of the two rooms we had booked. This has yet to materialise and our agent has had no communication. Room and facilities all ok but could do without issues after a long international journey.

Cons:

We only stayed here for one night to catch a flight early the next morning. If we would have had an extended stay I would have asked for a different room. Toilet leaked out the bottom when you flushed it and the room was HOT. Very uncomfortable stay.

Was not as close to airport as stated.

Cons:

Charge a 10 fee to park your car and a 25 fee for 2 hour early check in . Restaurant was not open despite sign saying it would at 6:15 pm. Why not just say closed instead of having us wait?
