The guy at the front desk at night tried to push me to the side to help someone behind me and the guy that behind me corrected him to help me first. I thought it was rude and at the end of the day you help who’s next!!! I Don’t want to make it a race thing but I was also the only black guy in the room with over 15-20 guest in the lobby… like I said you help who’s next to avoid me even feeling this way. Do better!!!

Fantastic, next time I'm going to stay longer to just enjoy my hotel.
Pros:

My room was so clean, you could smell the freshness. The staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. the location to Capitol One perfect!

Cons:

Parking was a little tight, but I was grateful it lead straight into the hotel. So I didn't have to worry about my safety, weather or anything else.

O hotel é bem localizado, oferece um bom serviço e limpeza satisfatória.

Cons:

Por ser um local central e turístico, espera-se que os funcionários falem ao menos uma língua estrangeira, além da língua local. Infelizmente, somente um recepcionista falava espanhol e quando ele não estava a comunicação ficava prejudicada. No bar/bistrô também ninguém falava outra língua com exceção do inglês, ambiente que é essencial a comunicação.
Outro fator que poderia contribuir para melhor estadia é se houvesse micro-ondas nos quartos, mas isso eu já sabia que não tinha ao fazer a reserva.

Sintayehu provides exemplary service. As i had a delicious breakfast i observed her handle a room full of guests (including a child) with vigor, humor, and efficiency. Well done.

Pros:

Naeema in the Bistro is very attentive with a welcoming smile. The morning came early for me, She made sure my Starbucks Americano was made first then a bit later took care of meal orders.

First class all the way!
Pros:

Naeema in the Bistro in the morning is absolutely outstanding. From the way she greets you when you arrive to all of her hard work and dedication to absolute perfection in the way that she makes you feel at home, incredible efforts to make sure that every setting is perfect to welcome the next guest to her smile. She is everything you would want in a First Class, front line team member to represent any company.

Tsinael is a very friendly and helpful bartender. He is very attentive to his guests and is the reason I came back for a night cap the second night! Enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
