Hotel is fine, Bistro is great
Pros:

This Courtyard is exactly what you’d expect from a Courtyard- the rooms are fine, the lobby is fine. But there are two great exceptions to fine… the staff at The Bistro, particularly Naaema in the mornings, is so lovely and warm. And the food is fresh and tasty. Also, the bed is very comfortable. If you go, don’t miss the breakfast and ask for Naeema from Indonesia!

Not my best stay here as i have stayed here twice before.
Pros:

Room location & quiet area.

Cons:

Room was too warm while sleeping and the ac wouldn’t allow me to lower temperature. I was exhausted and not rested. That really defeated the purpose of this trip.

Hira and the hotel are fantastic!
Pros:

I’ve stayed here numerous times and the entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful, especially Hira, who works the front desk and is thorough, delightful and superb at his job! Love it here.

Cons:

The guy at the front desk at night tried to push me to the side to help someone behind me and the guy that behind me corrected him to help me first. I thought it was rude and at the end of the day you help who’s next!!! I Don’t want to make it a race thing but I was also the only black guy in the room with over 15-20 guest in the lobby… like I said you help who’s next to avoid me even feeling this way. Do better!!!

Grateful For Storai and Marc's professionalism and friendly demeanor.
Pros:

Checked in today after a long day of travel. I was warmly greeted by both Storai and Marc and was quickly checked in. I'd like to point out that during the check-in process, both Marc and Storai were such great conversationalist and made me feel so at home. I'm so thankful for these two employees and when I do travel back to the DMV area I will go out of my way to stay at this hotel! Classy place and the friendliest staff! Thank you again

O hotel é bem localizado, oferece um bom serviço e limpeza satisfatória.

Cons:

Por ser um local central e turístico, espera-se que os funcionários falem ao menos uma língua estrangeira, além da língua local. Infelizmente, somente um recepcionista falava espanhol e quando ele não estava a comunicação ficava prejudicada. No bar/bistrô também ninguém falava outra língua com exceção do inglês, ambiente que é essencial a comunicação.
Outro fator que poderia contribuir para melhor estadia é se houvesse micro-ondas nos quartos, mas isso eu já sabia que não tinha ao fazer a reserva.
