Sintayehu provides exemplary service. As i had a delicious breakfast i observed her handle a room full of guests (including a child) with vigor, humor, and efficiency. Well done.

Pros:

Naeema in the Bistro is very attentive with a welcoming smile. The morning came early for me, She made sure my Starbucks Americano was made first then a bit later took care of meal orders.

First class all the way!
Pros:

Naeema in the Bistro in the morning is absolutely outstanding. From the way she greets you when you arrive to all of her hard work and dedication to absolute perfection in the way that she makes you feel at home, incredible efforts to make sure that every setting is perfect to welcome the next guest to her smile. She is everything you would want in a First Class, front line team member to represent any company.

Good, solid spot!
Pros:

Great location, great service, excellent fitness area with windows and balcony! Rooms dated but still nice. Great service in the Bistro from Sintayehu!

Tsinael is a very friendly and helpful bartender. He is very attentive to his guests and is the reason I came back for a night cap the second night! Enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Pros:

Overall a good and clean location with friendly staff, but that comes with the expense of traffic noise I could hear on my weekend stay. Weekday was much quieter.

Cons:

Traffic noise near Tyson's Corner.
