Super komfortables und modernes Hotel mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Top Hôtel, sehr komfortabel mit tollem Personal am Empfang und besonders der Barkeeper war ein absoluter Profi.

Clean well-located Hyatt in Portland, OR
Pros:

Location is excellent. Hotel is modern and nice. Really enjoyed this - it was my 2nd time to stay there. The staff was all quite warm and friendly.

Pros:

I’ve stayed here several times, you cannot beat the location. It is walking distance to so many great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Kind and attentive staff from the valet to the front desk, the room was immaculately clean as well. I booked/checked in after 10pm during my most recent Portland trip because the Airbnb I originally booked was sketchy and I decided to leave. I instantly felt more comfortable in the hotel and am basically over Airbnb at this point. One of the better value hotels in a great pocket of downtown Portland, highly recommended!

Overall comfortable but felt dirty because of the flooring.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows, they gave a lot of towels, and the shower pressure was good.

Cons:

The design of the room looks unconstructed especially with the flooring and ceiling. I felt uncomfortable walking without shoe with the flooring looking dirty (weird marks everywhere on the floor), and no slippers were provided, we bought our own. There was specs of white paint, and red paint (reminds me of blood) which makes me feel uncomfortable. I understand if it’s part of the design but it’s definitely not for me.

Overall it was a good stay.
Pros:

Attentive Front Desk, clean and well-decorated room, hot shower and great location

Cons:

The card reader in the elevator had issues reading cards, and the room did not have a kettle to boil some water.

Not the best bed experience
Pros:

They need to splurge for fitted bottom sheets. There beds are REALLY messy. Not tight and crisp and comforting at all.

WOH is the best, so is Hyatt Centric PDX
Pros:

Best downtown location for restaurants and easy freeway access. Love WOH and Annie in the bar along with Zach are the best. Love Jeffrey working overnight too.

Book Somewhere Else
Pros:

I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights as my family and I were visiting Portland before heading back to the east coast. The front desk and restaurant staff were all wonderful...they should all be working for a Marriott hotel however. The first morning after a shower I noticed tons of hair that came from the corner on the bathroom floor. As I looked further it was clear these areas are not clean. The bathrooms should have extra focus when housekeeping cleans. These were clearly not. Also I noticed hair around the feet of one of the wardrobes. I did report it after we checked out and provided the attached photos. If it were my hotel and the guest didn't automatically go to Google to post a review, I'd make sure to reach out to them. Poor hotel management in my opinion and will stick to my Marriott hotels from now on.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel! The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I usually stay at the Hyatt Convention Center, but I’ll be choosing this hotel from now on. Great location as well!

Great City Location with Excellent Staff
Pros:

Location is perfect. We were visiting Portland for the first time, and the location of the hotel is ideal. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff is some of the best I have ever encountered when travelling. Be sure to stop in at the bar area and ask for Annie - she was such a great representative of the hotel and city and was very helpful to our group.
