Great value and high quality
Pros:

The space is modern and the room is well appointed with many conveniences tucked in an efficient space. I loved the black out shades and motion detected night lights. The location is ideal when visiting downtown Portland with a high walk score! Best of all, the price was so great for this high value stay!

Pros:

Location was great, room and amenities were fantastic but the lack of late-night options nearby was the only negative. The staff was very helpful in locating late-night food options, but it required a trip away from the hotel by car.

Great location. Very nice room with a comfortable bed. Two closets, one had coffee machine and fridge, both had lights that came on when opened.

Nice bar in the evening and good breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

Be aware that the streetcar runs by in morning. So, no sleeping in unless you bring earplugs (maybe something the hotel could provide?).

No coffee stirrers in packet and only one packet of coffee creamer.

Only two paper cups.

Overall, it was okay but could be better. Had to relocate to the Hyatt Place Portland Airport.

The room was clean but not aesthetically pleasing. Staff was pleasant. Parking was a nightmare.

We didn't get a complimentary breakfast. I guess we didn't spend enough money for the room.

Cons:

I was taken aback by the unfinished concrete on the ceiling and concrete on the floor. I felt like I was camping in a construction site. Not very appealing aesthetically.
