The short time we spent at courtyard was exhausting and uncomfortable due to lack of AC and roaches
Pros:

Front desk staff were friendly. Location is in walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and a movie theater is near by.
Room is a decent size.

Cons:

A/C didn't cool well , found multiple roaches in the room, windows were stained so bad you couldn't see out of them. After 1 day of finding roaches we asked for a refund which they agreed too.. at that time courtyard put in a request for booking .Com to refund us which booking.com have yet to do.
