Very Baddd reception lady
Pros:

Lady at the reception was the worst I have ever met. She was very rude, aggressive and unhelpful and was trying to charge me extra. She was the worst I have ever met. Disgusting behaviour for a receptionist (lady in her 50's) apart from her hotel and price are decent

Moldy and incredibly shallow and small bath. But bed okay and price reasonable.
Pros:

Good location next to service station, good on the day pricing, bed was fairly good. "Bath" ks actually an ankle-deep jazzed-up shower tray with a plug. Extensive mold smell in bathroom and mold around bath.

Worked okay as a crash pad on a long journey but not the relaxing evening id hoped for. Much better baths at travel lodge and premier inn.

Fantastic stay as always
Pros:

I stayed here while visiting family, and as always I was greeted by the most friendly staff, and the room had been recently redecorated, new curtains, pillows, quilts, lick of paint, and a very clean room. Well done and thank you to all the amazing staff!

Don’t book through Vio.com
Pros:

Don’t book through Vio.com as parking costs extra, much cheaper booking direct with free parking! Vio.com is a con and won’t save you any money as you will pay much more than booking direct! Absolutely fuming and the online chat didn’t care that they cost more 😡

Brilliant place to stop over
Pros:

We stayed here as somewhere to stop just overnight when travelling. It’s lovely. Really nice room, it would be great to stay a few days in because the storage and what not are great. Really surprised by how nice it was. And it’s at the services so you have Greggs, Costa etc on your doorstep.

Don't stay there unless you have nowhere else to go
Pros:

I know this is cheap and cheerful but it was dirty and grubby, the carpets and skirting boards I don't think had ever been cleaned
We also opted for breakfast in the good breakfast cafe which we couldn't eat as my husband found a long black hair in his full English and I am blonde
The staff are the hotel we're nice and friendly but overall very disappointed

Pros:

Very basic room amenities!

Bed base is not safe, due to the part missing, and subsequently banging my toes due to the space (Room 115).
Was also sent a parking bill (£5) invoice, even though explained company parking had been paid via SNAP account!

Overall check-in staff provided good customer service.

Note: If you need a drink other than coffee & tea, visit the services. £2.80 for 500ml Dr Pepper.

Booking with Expedia was last minute, very quick and easy!
