Pros:

Great location for my needs with a huge car park, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and polite

Cons:

No air conditioning, it was very hot in the room, otherwise ok overall

The Wi fi let it down badly most Hotels give you a password and it is easy to contact but when I tried Wi Fi it wanted all my personal details which I didn’t agree with so no Wi action when I needed to work on that night.

Pros:

The breakfast was good but 30 degrees and no working air con was dissapointing the room was so hot and humid reception said we have ac but they dont work. Very poor nights sleep for me and my family was happy to leave to be honest.

Cons:

Fix the air con for summer.

It met my basic needs
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be and the staff were nice. Showers are hot with good pressure.

Cons:

The decor is depressing, the rooms are very basic for the money and dark.

Beautiful hotel, rooms arent sound proof though
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, rooms lovely and clean, bed was a bit firm but ok.

Cons:

Bed was too firm and the rooms arent soundproof atall, you could even hear people walking, obviously people go to sleep at different times so it was very noisy!

All I needed was a bed for the night, and in that respect my needs were satisfied, but quality leftd
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, and polite.

Cons:

Room was a trifle basic and grubby: stains on the carpet - bathroom towels, room curtains, a little ragged and so forth. Bathroom had no shower gel, and soap container at handbasin was empty. All little things, perhaps, but attending to these would make a difference.

Desperate for a quick, close booking
Pros:

Clean cosy bed, towels, good hot shower.
Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Staff were really polite and helpful.

Cons:

It was a little dated, but clean.

Sufficient
Pros:

Staff were second to none.
Location good & room sufficient .

Cons:

Toilet had nt been flushed when we arrived & water was nt draining very quickly down the basin & shower .
Spy hole seemed as if someone had hit it .
