Good price, okay quality
Pros:

I like that it was close to the oceanfront.

Cons:

I didn't like how small the bathrooms were it was very claustrophobic and the elevators were always getting serviced and we were on the 4th floor and when we checked in and we're about to check out we had to carry stuff up and down the stairs and it was just really heavy.

Very disappointed,,,dirty,bad service,,floor inside room super dirty,,breakfast nothing like pics on app,,,I will never come back to this place,I will not recommend it to nobody,,,,,the morning I was leaving,,,the housekeeping open the door while I was sleeping with my family,,,I hate this place...not good,,,why Booking.com has this place in there app,,,I will not use Booking.com again...

The best part about this room was I was right on the beach and I loved that.

Pros:

Got a call at 8 PM telling me that they were gonna be closed in early.Could I make it by 10 when my address on the booking?Clearly said I was coming from North Carolina, so I had to hopefully find a other place to stay before I couldn't check-in anywhere giving.I did get a full refund , but still that added to the stress of this family trip

The place is run down! No maintenance, leaky taps, rusted screws throughout the bathroom, no noise control, no security, poor parking. Time to demolish the property!

Unexceptionable conditions for the money charged
Pros:

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in, lots of roaches, no hot water, the breakfast was nothing, no fresh towels given and the phone was not working. The room was a good size but needs lots of work.

We didn’t eat breakfast because the smell was not good.

Cons:

Everyone about this hotel I didn’t like. There was hair everywhere. I had to go out and buy towels and cleaning supplies so that my family and I could have clean towels and a clean area to shower and use the bathroom without hair being everywhere.

Inexpensive with great beachfront location
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms, ocean front and great location. The staff very welcoming and kind.

Cons:

The free breakfast only had waffles, cereal yogurts and coffee. No juice or water for kids which I thought was odd. We also did not have hot water.
