Elevator didnt work always

No complaints

Out dated, staff not friendly or helpful a lot of traffic near room from other guests hanging out with drugs

What is the status of my complaint with my terrible stay at this hotel… I was at a hotel with an autistic child who they didn’t have elevators working for meaning we had to go up 3 flights of stairs then the room was damaged outside the vent was torn I paid for a hotel with stove etc and they had no utensils to cook or eat with so I had to use aluminum foil to eat with. The staff was very rude and left for the night because they stated they was there all day causing another family to get stuck on an elevator that only worked one time. The entire experience was terrible. The breakfast if u can call it that was non existence this entire stay was very upsetting I couldn’t even enjoy the time I was there. The phones also didn’t work so I would have to walk up and down the flight of stairs since their elevator didn’t work. I sent pictures etc and still no response. We are going into May now and I went at beginning of April

The first room was not cleaned , offered another room and it was dirty too along with bugs. Yuck

The only issue was I had to take my key card up to the desk 3 different times to get it reprogrammed. The last time we got locked outside but thankfully my husband had the other card in his wallet.

The breakfast was nonexistent
The area was not the safest

Employees were pleasant, but couldn't provide any useful information i.e., cabs, local transportation, shopping, entertainment (other than Broadyway at the beach), etc,. I had to look up everything on my phone. My room was OK, but it was kind of run down. Missing pieces of the floor was patched with tape which was coming up. No closet to hang anything. No suit case holder or iron. Ironing board was broken and only cold air came out of the drier. The remotes for each TV had to be exchanged because niether worked. Fridge cut off on Thursday, but did come back on the next day. No soap in either dispenser. No dishes, utensils or pots/pans to use while there. I didn't mention that because I wasn't planning to cook anything, but if a kitchenette is in the room, I think these items should be available. A large trash can was located outside my door and some guests left trash outside of it that was too big to go in which attracted bugs. There were so many things to complain about that I just stopped but the few things I did report (remotes, iron and board, fridge, trash, bugs) were taken care of fairly quickly. Don't know if I would stay here again.

Facility was in state of disrepair. I can't believe it had not been condemned! Also trash overflowing trash cans in corners on balconies.

Cheiro muito ruim no quarto e nos corredores cheiro de mijo por todo lado!Sai do meu quarto às 2:00 am pois as pessoas que parece morar no hotel estavam andando nos corredores fumando e o cheiro entrando nos quartos!

We signed up for a 1pm check in for $20 when we arrived we were told to come back at 2 due the staff being on break, the elevator is broke so we had to use steps, there was minor maintenance issues at the property: ladder step was broke(had caution tape wrapped around it) the door to patio would stick and at time hard to close.
