Usually ok, this time not so much
Pros:

This was my third stay here and it's always clean and reasonably priced.
Breakfast is good, better selection than in most hotels.
The indoor pool and hot tub were good. At least worked, but it definitely didn't replace the private jacuzzi experience we were hoping for.

Cons:

There were just multiple things that went wrong during our stay this time. We booked this room in this particular hotel mainly for the in-room private jacuzzi tub and it didn't work during our stay and there was nothing they could do about it. That was quite the buzz kill for us. Would've chosen a different hotel if we knew the jacuzzi won't happen. Also they do have jacuzzi tubs in the 2nd floor rooms as well and those can be loud if you're staying in the room below like we did. So not only our tub wouldn't work, but we could hear someone else having a great time. Jealous.
They had some water supply problems in the morning. It was eventually fixed, but again it just added up to our experience. They offered late check-out instead, but why would we really stay longer in the room for no reason.
They hold quite large damage deposit ($250) and it's been two days now since we checked out and it hasn't been released from my credit card yet. I know this can take several days sometimes though.
In general, I used to return to this place, but after this last experience I just might choose some other hotel next time. Plenty options in Penticton.

Comfortable, quiet stay in Penticton
Pros:

The room and bed were comfortable, and after the fellow next door turned off his TV, it was quiet. The room was well-appointed, with a fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer and coffee maker. The location is good, not on the highway but easy to access. Lots of eating and entertainment options nearby.

Cons:

The only thing that affected my impression of the hotel was that the cleaning staff had left a used towel on the floor behind the bathroom door. A small oversight, and everything else was very clean. But it did stand out.

Not up to expectations
Pros:

The beds were firm and the linens were new.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had not been deep cleaned in a long while. It smelled dank. The wall mounted shampoo containers were gungy. The corners of the room had not been vacuumed/washed in a while.

Pros:

Très bien situé et confortable.
Petit déjeuner très surprenant.

Cons:

Les chambres, bien que non fumeur, sentent encore la vieille cigarette.
Très bruyant au premier étage par les personnes qui marchent au deuxième étage, au-dessus de votre chambre.
