Unfortunately we are booked for one more stay in August and then NEVER again!!! We are telling as many people as possibl

Location. Beds. Shower. Breakfast

Cons:

No elevator. The outside pool doesn’t open until 9 am!!!! When asked why the front desk attendant said it was because the maintenance man starts work at 9 and that’s when he checks the pool !?!?! The pool could be tested at any regular schedule. As a 25 year employee of Delta Hotels- this is the lamest explanation I’ve ever heard. We have stayed at many hotels and motels for decades and have never had such poor facilities. The indoor pool and hot tub didn’t open until 10 am!?!?!?!

We will not be back!
Pros:

The breakfast was ok..what you would expect for a free continental breakfast.
The location was ok..not where we thought..but ok.

Cons:

The “non smoking” rooms reeked of smoke!!
We didn’t get the room we reserved..had to complain and show proof before they would move us!

Pros:

Awesome staff!! Super clean & wonderful bedding. Great variety for breakfast.. excellent walkable location to beach & many restaurants & pubs.. would highly recommend

Clean, quiet rooms in a quiet location.
Pros:

The room was very clean and looked good. The bedding was good quality. I also thought the pool and courtyard were lovely. The free EV charger was a bonus for sure.

Cons:

The bed was very hard so it was uncomfortable. It would have been lovely to have real cups and a few utensils in the room. It's nice that there's coffee but how do you stir it without spoons or even stir sticks. The breakfast was not good - weird eggs, pale sausages that were not edible. I liked the waffles but there was a poor selection of toppings.

Great stay overall
Pros:

The best part was the rooms backed on to the yard and pool area. My kids loved it and played outside with friends for hours at a time.
Room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Thin walls. Could hear people talking at 6am one morning and could hear snoring from an adjacent room. Not the end of the world, but annoying.

Pros:

A door to the pool directly from our room.

Cons:

No gate towards the beach for pedestrians. Have to walk around the long way and there's no sidewalk, Have to walk on a bunch of rocks that can twist your ankle. Makes the beach seem further than it actually is.

Good location. Nice outside pool but breakfast disappointing
Pros:

Convenient location. Nice internal courtyard and pool with towels. Good sized, clean room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast really poor. Cheap, processed foods. Cooked option very unappealing. Paper plates and plastic cutlery. Stayed at a few other motels during our trip and this was the worst…

Pros:

Quick Check in. Breakfast was ok. Bed and room were clean.

Cons:

The hotel charged for the full stay and yet the room had been paid for through Booking.com. This is taking a week to try and sort it out and receive a credit. Also the room was built or refurbished with a slanted floor!! Not great for a person with balance issues as I have.

Overall great property. Would go back. Best not put guests in room that you know has problems.
Pros:

Great facility. The pool and hot-tubs are fantastic. The views and the rooms are great!

Cons:

Our friends had an issue with their smoke detector. It was beeping when we arrived. Maintenance replaced it, but then it started beeping again at 2am. They were not impressed. A staff member at the front desk said the next day that they were having issues with that room. Then why did you put us in there?
