Pros:

It was quiet

Cons:

Had a problem at check in that I had already checked in, in person but had not which was odd. Then someone came into my room at least twice when I wasn’t there, but did not make the bed or refresh the towels. I knew because the blinds were open once and someone put a dnd sign on the door knob that I did not place there, made me uncomfortable

Poor, at best!
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was heaven.

Cons:

The man at the front desk never smiled or greeted me. He just looked at me until I said something. Once my reservation was found I was told they gave my room that I reserved to someone else! I needed the first floor due to health issues. The manager said he put me on the 2nd floor where there were no kids around me. I requested this because I work 85 hours a week and just needed to sleep. There were kids running up and down the hall and knocking on the doors of guests!
The manager stated he would assist me with my bags up 2 flights of stairs. He never came back to help me. When I saw him later in the evening he said, "I forgot about you." What?!? Like, obviously!
One of the main reasons I booked here was because of the outdoor pool. It was green and murky. The ph balance was clearly off. No pool relaxation here. I definitely won't be staying here again and thats too bad because I'm in town at least once a month. The customer service has much to be desired.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was great for what we needed. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms and building were quite outdated but were clean and had all the basics plus a few updates.

I've had better
Pros:

This 4th July we stayed, we always do for last 6 year, but this year it was a today disaster. We didn't get handicap room, no king room and we had to pay for room to times to continue to stay . We pay for 6 nights the had to pay again. We are going to giving you one more try this fall. If it is same problem we want stay again

It was ok
Pros:

The location is good. The pool was really nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was blah. The stairs were really hard on me (I think that should be disclosed). The bathroom needs improvement and it’s door should not be closed. It gets really hot upstairs this time of year.
