Amazing room, great location, and great price for the room.
Pros:

That it was walking distance to Niagara Falls and restaurants.

Cons:

The service on the 15th floor isn’t that great and the lights aren’t that bright

The enjoyed the view of Niagara Falls from our room. Price was high and parking exorbitant
Pros:

We loved the view from the room. Location was perfect. Room was cosy and we liked that we had the option of the couch bed. It was also nice to have complimentary tea and coffee at any time.

Cons:

Parking should be included in the price. I feel we were overcharged. Bathroom could be updated. Mattress too soft.

We will not stay there next time, we will discourage anyone wanting to book there.
Pros:

There was no breakfast just complimentary coffee. The hotel location was perfect but we booked a Fallsview room but would have had to pay almost twice the price quoted at booking which we weren’t prepared for. We got a second floor parking lot view and was very disappointed.

Cons:

No housekeeping was available. If we needed towels or toilet paper we had to call the front desk and wait for someone to bring it
