On s'en est bien sorti, mais c'était mal parti

Je ne peux pas en donner car à mon arrivée, on m'a renvoyé vers un autre hôtel. Finalement l'autre hôtel était très bien pour ce qui concerne la chambre et la vue.

Cons:

Ne pas avoir été prévenue à l'avance que je serai redirigée vers un autre hôtel. On était fatigués, et on a perdu 1/2h et pas tout à fait ce qui était annoncé. Par exemple qu'on aurait une place de parking aussi dans le nouvel hôtel, mais ce n'était pas le cas, et il a fallu aller se garer dans l'annexe à deux blocs de là (mais il y avait une navette pour nous ramener à l'hôtel)

Non meriterebbe, pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo, vale solo per la vista al 15o piano

La psoziione è veramente ottima, abbiamo scelto la camera al 15o piano, la tower suite con 2 letti queen.

Il bagno non funziona bene, la pulizia è approssimativa e lo stato generale dell'hotel non è il massimo.

We did not get to stay at The Oaks. They had to move our reservation to the Hilton Fallsview and the rooms are small, one of our bathroom commode flooded, the doors did not shut on their own you had to pull and make sure it locked and all either room had a view of was the building beside of us. The pool chlorine was so high you could not breath when you walk in to the area, so we did not use it at all. The rooms never had washcloths just hand towels and body towels. It was just not what I was expecting out of a Hilton and was let down because this was the first time for our grandkids had been to the falls and I wanted it all to be perfect.
