Amazing. We will never forget it
Pros:

The Oak hotel had an issue, so they sent us across the street to the Hilton. They gave us an amazing suit with an amazing view. We love it. Thanks

We got there and they didn’t have a room for us due to a plumbing issue. They moved us to the Hilton down the road which was nice but not the view of the falls we came for.

Nous avions réservé sur l hotel et lors du chemin on nous à réorienté sur le Hilton du pauvre.
Parking à 10 minutes, personne n'est bilingue francais, nous avions la vue mais avec le casino en plein milieu, bref peut mieux faire !!!

Not professional at all
Pros:

I liked that I booked it and wanted to stay at the hotel as I've been before

Cons:

I didn't like going to check in and finding out we had been switched hotels and they couldn't even give me a heads up, or courtesy phone call till I was standing in the lobby which messed up our schedule for the evening and the lines at the new hotel were extremely long, so we ended up not being able to get ready for our dinner reservation, and with the timing ended up missing my husband's dinner reservation.

Not acceptable for the $600 I paid for one night

Not impressed with the Oakes moving us and when we went by there it was full of customers
Pros:

They moved us to the Hilton Hotel for some reason we were very disappointed with the inconvenience of having to ove

Cons:

The Hilton service was sub par they double charged my credit card for security deposit and said it happens so it’ll take 10 business days to correct which is ridiculous

Pros:

The only thing this hotel has going for it is it's location beside the falls, only spend one night here

Cons:

There is no onsite bar or restaurant only an Applebee's chain next door, the checkin process is long and like a Spanish inquisition even if you check in online. The whole place just feels like a budget motel and not a 4 star hotel so the whole place is misleading.

Waste of money
Pros:

Room was gross. Toenail clippings on the floor. Window was mere feet from a dumpster. Just an absolute craphole

Cons:

It was a dump. View of the falls and fire works on the “14th floor observation deck”. A filthy window is hardly an observation deck. There was shit all over the walls in the hall the entire 3 nights we were there.
