Pros:

We always stay in that hotel we are always enjoyed the view & service,but this time I booked mu stay 1 day before on Christmas day ,but my husband got sick &he couldn’t drive i had to call & cancel ,the person I talked to was rude &said it’s not refundable,i was disappointed since we are costumers so i lost my money & i might not come back to that hotel again…

It was me and my mom's first time visiting the Oakes Hotel in Niagara Falls. We really liked the room facing the fallsview side and a nice spot to relax and sit.

Cons:

But the facility was little poor there wasn't a kettle or a microwave to heat up the food or to make a tea or coffee, which all other hotels have it, and the bathroom shower wasn't working properly and the a bit too small I hope the Oakes hotel upgrades there bathroom facilieties very soon. Also they need to keep at least two waterbottles in every room for the price we pay, we were really thursty to drink water which my mom had to pay $4 for a 500ml plastic bottle in the hotel's vending mechine which is not worth at all. I really hope the Oaks hotel upgrades all this little things other than that I really like this place thank you veey much for all your servcice.
