The location, friendly staff, clean and inviting

Cons:

The fact that they charge $50 for parking, and the staff convinced you that you wouldn’t find parking anywhere else cheaper because you’re in Niagara Falls, but I discovered the next morning during my walk that there are places where you can park for much less ($15 and another for $20), including overnight parking. You would just have to do a bit of walking back to the hotel afterward.

My stay was very good even with the change in hotels.
Pros:

We didn’t stay at the Oaks hotel, they had issues with their rooms. We were sent to the Hilton which was a wonderful room overlooking the falls, our room was very nice and the view was great.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we had to park off site, not enough parking on site and had to pay extra $40.00 at that.

Perfect spot. Holds wonderful memories for us.
Pros:

Love love loved the location. Within walking distance of the falls and its surrounding activities.

Cons:

The only complaint we had was how long it took to check in, but i think they were just having one of those days, so it’s nobody’s fault honestly. We were just tired from a very very long drive.

I needed a quick get away and this hotel was a great choice , the bed’s comfortable, staff friendly.

Excellent would stay again
Pros:

Very clean and roomy
View were stunning great location

Cons:

Our room wasn’t really suited to older people. You need to put handrails up climbing out of bathtubs when you’ve had knee replacement or joint problems is dangerous

Good Stay - Decent room size, very good view!
Pros:

The view of the room was amazing!

Cons:

Parking is $50, ridiculously high. If you walk 25metres one would find an alternative for $15

First time we stayed at this property and have visited the area many times before. We will definitely plan to stay here
