That we had to upgrade to a river view which wasn't a river view, we saw mostlu the parking lot. Couldn't watch TV because the remote control was broken and no one replaced it. The only relaxing chair in the room was broken. Afraid to sit on it.The air conditioner wasn't cool enough. Other than that the hotel itself was good.

Room was not what was expected or told I was getting
Pros:

I loved the view of the Falls from my room. It was beautiful.

Cons:

Aside from the view, my room was mediocre at best after being told I was going to be upgraded for the inconvenience. Then they said there was no record or f anyone saying that. Originally, I had another room, but I was moved to this room because there was an issue with the one I was originally booked in. When I got to my new room, there were a lot of stairs I had to go down just to get to the main area. It was very inconvenient and hard to get luggage in and out of the room. The room was basic, and the table was wobbly. There was a pedestal sink with no counter space at all. No hooks on the walls for towels. We had to put everything on the floor, including our soap and shampoo, because there were no ledges. The property itself was beautiful and close to everything it was just that specific room I was disappointed in.

The cleaning service wasn’t good enough There was garbage in the garbage bin from the previous guest when we got into the room after the check-in.
It shouldn’t happen
The shower gel bottle was empty and we were 2 adults and a kid
