Would never stay here again
Pros:

It was quiet and close to the road.

Cons:

The staff were not friendly during check-in and check-out. The breakfast room was dark and uninviting. The hotel entrance smelled like cigarettes and was dirty.

Our stay was fine, but I probably won't stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was literally bagels, one kind of juice, toast, coffee.
The coffee was good, but it ran out several times.
The breakfast needs more items.
Sheet were clean, but the bedspread was dirty.

Cons:

We didn't have a coffee pot in our room. We had a microwave, but there was no where to plug in. Carpets in hallway and room need shampooed.
There was no vending machines. Also, the ice machine needs an upgrade.

Breakfast was very poor......lack of variety. Low selections.

Offer better breakfast.....also, had to ring bell to get service every time.....would be nice to see a person at desk.

Disappointed as this was once one of the best places to stay in Chadron.

Cons:

The dried brown “splatters” on the bathroom wall. The fact that when we arrived the trash can outside the closest door to our room was overflowing with trash & fast food garbage all over the ground including in front of the door. We were here for 2 nights and the trash was never emptied.
But the #1 thing and the thing that will be why I will never stay here again. The fact that the outside door’s security lock as well as the door itself was broken. Looked to have been that way for quite awhile. This was once a very nice hotel. One I preferred to stay in when visiting my child the 4 years at CSC. I did not feel safe and will stay elsewhere when back in town.

Just passing through…. Made it work

Convenient- decently clean

No coffee, in room or in lobby.
Door locks don’t work, changed
Rooms and then the next morning those locks didn’t work either.

About 3 years ago, we stayed at this place and in the middle of the night, we had to call the police and leave because the office staff was doing Cocaine and carrying on. When we arrived late into Chadron last Friday night, and realized this was the same hotel, we saw the types of vehicles parked outside, and we did NOT enter the property. We went to two other hotels in town, who were booked up and had no rooms and they BOTH clearly said "Do NOT stay at This hotel, dangerous people are still involved there. I want my money back. We needed up sleeping in our car that night, as the next decent hotel was in a town 50 miles away
