We got bite by bedbugs, rooms were not ready by checkin, it took two hours to get them ready, price $300 over the regular price, no wifi as it was advertised, there were no housekeeping available, dirty linen was left in front of our rooms during all our stay, we asked for towels and never received, some front desk employees were not helpful, paint peeling from wall, pool was dirty, we did not felt welcome, they took advantage of us.

This place needs to be condemned. Carpet so nasty and dirty socks were black, and it was torned and stinky, Bed bug bites, TV didn't work, sink dirty, stopped up with hair and no stopper bathroom counter stained and literally cut up like a cutting board not scratched, cut up, furniture beat up to pieces, door key wouldn't work and door wouldn't stay locked, outside light broken and hanging down, parking lot a mess, drug users in parking lot and next door left their door open, cop says he comes there everyday for drug use and crime. Terri the manager is rude and uncooperative charged us over the phone $250/ night when we got there looked it up online normal rates $70, but that's too much for this disgusting place, just illegal construction workers and drug users, very scary, health department needs to check into this place.

After a long day of travel, we arrived around 10pm. Traveling for son’s graduation from Liberty. We were given our room key and proceeded to our room to find the beds unmade, trash all over, and towels used and on floor. Went back to the office, staff member stated he would not give us a new room and would send housekeeping over in 30 minutes. We waited 30 minutes, nobody arrived. We left and drove another 30 minutes to stay somewhere else! Hotel staff didn’t care and refused to help! Fingers crossed we are refunded!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Clean rooms and pleasant staff especially night girl working in the office named Rhonda was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had and also told us a few good restaurants to eat at and we had a very pleasant stay in Bedford Virginia and will look forward to coming back very soon and staying with you guys! Thanks for your hospitality.

The atmosphere was not an issue. The problem was with items stolen from my suitcase. I notified the manager and she was apologetic, but that's where it ends. There was no compensation of any kind because "there was no proof". There is no way to prove anything other than to say my clothing was stolen from my suitcase.
I purchased some things to wear while on vacation. The only clothes I had for cold weather, and the clothes still had tags on them!
Don't trust the people at this location to not go through your bags and take what they want. Don't leave your bags unattended at this location.

Breakfast was okay, it's the basic items. It looks like they are updating the beds and rooms. 2 of the 5 rooms had nice comfy bed while the other 3 rooms they were hard. The newer beds were great!!

The breakfast was what it was, Continental with no thrills muffins bagel, cereal, toast and coffee.

Did not use amenities as we were passing thr. Dirty. No batteries in smoke detector. They left cleaning supplies in the the room. Would not recommend this ace.room. Door was

Very personal, friendly staff that went the extra mile. Pleased with rate. Lots of channels on cable. Great coffee with my waffle.

The carpet was old and looked dirty. Room had a musty smell. Sink was clogged.

Stayed 2 nights, Terrible mildew/mold smell, messed with my sinuses. Kind of a strange layout to navigate around.

The room was awful. Musty smell came from significant leak in bathroom tub. We found a rusty broom in the room when we entered - making us wonder if they even used a vacuum. Wet towels from previous guests were in the bathroom. Would not have stayed if we didn't know everything else in town was booked for parents weekend.

Our check in lady was nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, appeared and smelled to not get used much. It was fine for one night for our needs.

Clean, convenient, affordable. Pleasant staff.
