# Dangerous
Pros:

There's no way I would stay here it appears to be a homeless shelter and a very dangerous atmosphere I'm surprised it's in operation.This place is not safe and should be removed from this website.

I checked in and left five minutes later it's filled with drug addicts transgender hookers office staff smoking weed and we left in fear. I expect a full refund plus I had to pay an extra 140.00 that I expect back I was late for my speaking engagement because of this

Horrible experience
Pros:

Nothing, it was a bad stay overall

Cons:

I couldn’t sleep because of all the constant foot traffic being loud outside of the room and the environment is filled with homeless people.

Not recommend till updated facilities
Pros:

Room furniture was new and very nice vanity mirror.

Cons:

Bad location. In need for updates. Bathroom was horrible. About 4 inches opening of rotting wood on the bottom door. Toilet paper holder was broken off. Balcony and steps were badly worn. It’s like out of a 1950 movie where drug addicts hang out. Very scary place!

Pros:

The guy that was working the desk was very polite. I called the hotel for directions and he made sure I got to the location.

Cons:

The noise out side my door, people having conversations, slamming room doors kept me up all night. And there was no bed spread nor blanket to cover up with.

Pros:

The fact they had someone who dont play

Cons:

Where it was located. My first night there 2 people started fighting. There was prostitution and a lot of people on other drugs than Marijuana. I didnt like the fact it was really run down just a good upgrade but over all the lady whom was checking us out was very polite.

Cons:

There were people on drugs and selling drugs around the property, the floor was coming up, and the door didn’t lock to one of our rooms. When we left after the first night and called to resolve this everyone continued to give us the run around.
