Pros:

I would best describe it as you get what you pay for. The check-in guy was kind of rude and lazy. More time spent with his feet up on the counter, playing on his phone than working? I wanted to use the hot tub first thing, when I arrived, but he had it closed because needed to add more chlorine to it, so I was on his schedule? The gal at the front desk that took took over for him was super nice. The police and ER showed up twice during the night. Nothing dangerous. Just drug OD issues from guests. The poor night gal did her best to calm the other guests. Cannot hold that against the facility.

Worst coffee I've ever tasted was served in the breakfast room. Was like drinking warm cardboard flavored coffee. Room and bedding smelled like smoke.

I was in the room next to the ice machine it was noisy it seems to fill up every 15 or 20 minutes all night long

It wasn't bad, it was just a budget stay. Definitely worth the cost, but not a luxurious stay.
Pros:

It was definitely the budget option in the area.

Cons:

Well being the cheapest rental in the area, it had a lot of noise and thin walls. It was kind of like having a construction crew upstairs.

Hire hard-working people that care about your business and your guests
Cons:

The man who checked me in was working hard to get things organized in the office. I did not find an ice bucket or cups in my room to get ice. Upon leaving two girls working behind the desk spent 2 hours talking to each other and not anything to clean or organize at the hotel let alone make the gas feel warm and welcome. They just talked and they would never be on my payroll to represent the hotel. Upon traveling for seven nights this was the most expensive hotel with the worst staff except for the man that checked me in.
