The entire hotel was dirty and the staff was extremely rude.

The breakfast was ok but would have liked more choices. It got really hard to eat the same thing day after day. The room also had some things that needed repaired.

I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the room.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The through the wall heat/ac unit efficient and quite. Coffee at the continental breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The common areas are very dull and dated.

Have been there before and will be there again next year
Pros:

Just the fact that they DID provide a breakfast does give them a leg up on most other motels we stay at.

Cons:

Have a hard time understanding why this extremely nice venue insists on catering to pets (Dogs).

Not happy.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect - centrally located for our planned excursions.

Cons:

Bathroom floor was dirty - hair and visible chunks of black stuff on the floor. Tub was slippery with soap - we put a towel down on the shower floor to stand on. All of the TINY 5 Pillows were full of large lumps (?). Very few hangers. Oh, and the toilet overflowed in the middle of the night - we called the front desk, and they gave us a plumbers helper and we had to clear the drain.

Morning staff weren’t smoking and the area didn’t smell any more. Experience could have been better.
Pros:

Rooms were good.

Cons:

Staff was complaining and had to wait for their conversation to end before I could check in. The front desk area smelled of cigarettes. Clearly they were smoking in the office and it was reeking out. Lots of dogs behind the counter.

Pros:

I did not get to stay at this hotel because I was informed by booking.com that the room i was trying to book was already booked by someone else.
You were informed about this at that time and I requested a refund on my Mastrcard, but as of yet it has not been refunded.
Until this is resolved, I will not be using booking.com for any travel reservations.
