The hotel was OK The outside looked like it was a new hotel but inside you could tell it definitely was not. The lady working the breakfast buffet should have had help. It was a very busy time due to the peaches to beaches yard sale. Hotel needs to come up with a better way to prepare their pre-cooked bacon because it was not good at all.
Was unable to use the internet it isn’t sufficient for working even on your cell phone. Was moved to a different room and still didn’t help. Some front desk employees were nice others short and grumpy. Not worth the price you pay.
We ended up staying here after leaving the Relax Inn. Overall property was far better than the Relax Inn; beds were super comfortable and rooms were clean. Our only problem was our room was double booked and wr had someone try to walk into our room at 11pm!
Allowed generous early check in! The pool and jacuzzi indoor area was amazing! The breakfast was good, just an amazing lady doing an amazing job, sweet as could be. The General Manager greeted us, and was such a Gem, I absolutely loved her, she runs a tight ship! The room was cleaner than many resorts we've stayed in, so props up to the room attendant! I love this place, and can't wait to return!
Didn't love the sausage, but who cares when you have many other options! The bed was super high, so we were worried about our toddler granddaughter falling if it.
Clean room; pleasant staff, particularly the breakfast staff; easy access to the freeway. Next to both a Waffle House and a Cracker Barrel.
Everything was great but my a/c made a really loud noise making it difficult to sleep.
I made two errors…one checking online for a handicap room which I didn’t want and the other, I had the wrong date. Peggy changed the date and was very nice about it…but even though it looked like the place was not very busy, I still had to take the handicap room 125. The beds were very comfortable! What I didn’t like was the bathroom…it smelled like urine and the base of the toilet was nasty. The hair dryer was so filthy so I cleaned the horrible cord and the bathroom switches. The paint job in the bathroom also was bad. They didn’t even take off the light switch plate to paint under it…instead, they tried to paint around it with white paint which didn’t cover the edge that was previously tan. Also…there was some kind of bug in the bathtub that tried to climb out and when I tried to catch it, it crawled down the drain! I will not return.

Didn't have enough pillows for all 4 of us. When I asked for a couple of extra for my kids they said they were being washed and gave me bed linens instead. I just gave my kids my pillows and used the rolled up bed linens for a pillow 😔

Doing renovations first room ac didn't work so we got moved to an inside room( prefer outside room) the breakfast and entry area was always warm ac apparently wasn't working the whole stay ( 8 days) maybe they was replacing 🤷🏼♀️

Front desk clerk was super friendly and polite. Checl in was a breeze. Our room was clean with the exception of the floor which had a gritty feel leading me to believe it was not vacuumed properly. The caulk to the bathtub needs to be redone as it is cracked and missing. Linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast fare was filling and sufficient. We have stayed at thus property numerous times and will continue to do so when staying in Perry.
