Pros:

Like the location. Likes of people on drugs, people walking and no elevator. Have a baby and had to walk up stairs.

Cons:

no elevators & crackheads. hallway smelled like drugs. had my baby with me.

TERRIBLE
Pros:

Do yourself a favor and pay more for a room elsewhere. The area itself is sketchy, hotel has a really funky smell, no elevator, HOT. The AC was set to 75 when we got in and it didn’t start getting cooler for probably 5-6 hours. Towels and sheets were stained, the carpet sticky in places. We could hear anything and everything all night long. The door to our room had tape over the lock area. The location was great as we were here for baseball and the field is close by, but that is about the only positive thing I have to say.

There was not a ironing board in room.
The computer they have for guests to use was old and out of date and very slow. It was unusable
